Refuses to return $1,216.95 and refuses to send product – Please be very careful with this company. They WILL NOT return your money once paid if you disagree with their quoted shipping costs. Bali Mystique holds my $1,216.95 and have not honored their side of the transaction, refusing to return my money, instead offering a store credit.

The mirror was dispatched almost immediately and I received it 3 days later from Victoria to the rural country in NSW where I reside. I have placed Bali Mystique on the top of my list when it comes to my home decor and beautifully carved wood, Balinese. Thank you for a wonderful experience even in the tough times of stage4 restrictions (covid19) you still gave a 5 star service and made my home a happy place.

I'll Be Back!! – An amazing selection of exotic Indonesian deco at incredible pricing. The internal deco has given my living area a very sort of ambient feel. You won't go wrong with the outdoor deco as well. A landscapers paradise no doubt!
Awesome quality Tropical products – If you like everything Bali or Tropical... this IS the shop. We were amazed at the range available and help we got from our first visit. Staff are helpful, courteous and knowledgeable in all things tropical and willing to help even after the sale is done. Good quality products at reasonable prices.
