The Bali Pools–recommended trades were all efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The workflow was seamless, with everyone clearly working together, schedules planned well ahead and enough flexibility to keep everything moving smoothly.

Most impressive was that the project stayed on track and was completed much faster than expected, without compromising on quality. An outstanding experience all round — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team to anyone considering a pool build or renovation.

Daryl built my family a pool a few years ago and did an amazing job. It has been an awesome asset to the house and the kids have loved it. His after service has been first class. Stay away from Bali Pools – They under quote and then sting you with lots of "unforeseen" variations.. strongly recommend anyone who unfortunately come across these grubs to take them to QCAT.

The team are great – Honestly, words cannot describe how great my experience with Babli pools has been. From Maria in the office, to Rodney who did our quote, and Brad - your attentiveness to our needs throught construction was great. Love the pool and I am looking forward to enjoying it this summer. Pool Buyers Beware – Want A New Pool , Do Not Go Here ….. Buyer Beware . Please share . Bali Pools Pty Ltd , situated in Burleigh Heads . The worst company I have ever dealt with . By November after trying to contact the snake oil salesman , [Name Removed] “the hoax “ [Name Removed] who was completely uncontactable once the signing was completed , [Name Removed] “ passive aggressive “ office manager advised the pool would not even be considered until mid February 2022 at the earliest due to Covid ( the new way out ) and offering us the option of looking for another contractor as they could not meet their deadline . We took them up on this offer and as a result were ripped off for thousands of dollars as they refused to refund our deposit, charged sales commission , a % of the builders margin and fees for certifications permits etc some of which had already been refunded by the organisations involved , all for nothing , not even a hole in the ground . I guess this would have been fair enough if we had of broken the contract we signed, sadly they did and we pay the price . On a happier note , we found a reputable builder in November and we have a pool shell up and ready for completion in about a month once the concrete has cured . There are honest trades people available , unfortunately Bali Pools isn’t amongst that group . If you multiply the amount fraudulently taken for doing nothing by the amount of suckers you can get signed up it’s not a bad little earner . See you in court ……….

DO NOT USE! – Beware, a pool that was agreed to cost $78, 000 blew out to $135,000, explanation (builder claims 28 years experience), they didn’t know. Spoke to others and same experience. Stay away from this crowd!!!!!
