I complained and sent over 20 emails and made a number of calls and no one has ever responded with a solution or an offer of my money back. The installers were polite, punctual and professional, and they kept the work area tidy throughout the installation. They took care to make sure everything was installed neatly and explained what they were doing.

Customer service was also very good. The team was responsive to our questions and helped with the process after the installation, including the grid connection. They also took the time to explain how to use and monitor the system, which made it easy to get started.

Overall, we were very happy with the service from Regen Power and would recommend them to others considering solar.

Great job – Blaine from PlumbFirst removed a 3,000lt water tank. Connected a down pipe to a drain that required a dig and removed the water tank's water pump, connecting its piping to town water. All done in just a few hours. Job well done.

I refused, and I then called out Spanos Electrical, who serviced it and got it working for around the cost of Fallon's call out fee alone. It's been working well for a year since then. I would recommend not dealing with Fallon.

its not why its leaking its the tap washer ,,, it wasnt even a leak more a slight drip but she insisted she wanted it fixed, next thing in know they had the magnets in the mail, so called for same day plumber ,,,whom claimed they couldnt even come same day as advertised, then once there, claimed they have to inspect every pipe, and found some corrosion under vanity sink taps took photo showed mum how it looked and said that could burst any time now,,,, then for some reason changed her outside garden taps, changed shower taps and fixed leak ,also said they have to replace shower head, she goes its new, he said well theyre crap , and went to bunnings to buy her a new one but bought the exact $20 head to replace one which was new to start with,,,,, he has replaced shower taps didnt replace kitchen as they were same as he was going to install then he dug up part of garden near meter claiming they need to test water pressure and that if it was over 500 psi then it can be claimed on insurance, and he had apparently turned down, but now mum said the water pressure is way higher, they showed 3 quotes, $3000 for one set of pipes for vanity, $4000 and a $6000 quote, for all undersink pipes, making it sound urgent, they agreed on the lower quote, and unfortunatly signed it but then dad goes hold on i think we will wait and speak to my daughters, next thing guy goes nah ill just do it now, and run off and took 10 mins to change isolation pipes under vanity, wtf,, he come to house two days, charged $2000 for what ever he did first day and then just over $1000 on next day, weirdly, when paying using credit card details they went thru 3 cards details before it would go thru. not sure if thats a banking limit thing or not. but now concerned he has 3 lots of their bank cards details. so yes they got the extra work done but it was unnecessary and seems to be an inflated price for said repairs,,, and seems they wont give invoice out,,,, Also they dont seem to want to give a reciept or itemised invoice, and when mum spoke to them on phone requesting one and telling them off foe being ripped off he just said he will send tomorrow,

then mum rings back to say bill was in hubby name not hers but the guy acted as tho he hadnt spoken to her before he was very unprofessional on the phone, claiming he had no recollection of any phone calls that day and she had just spoken to Jake both times,,,, i think he is messing with her to make her look stupid When i googled that they may have been scammed google mentioned oh yes those companies are known for upselling taps and things to the elderly,, this is exaclty what they have done, zero stars never ever use them

noise and temperature very effectively. The sales and installation process was trouble-free and conducted in a very professional and efficient manner. My only gripe, and the only reason for three stars instead of five, was that I experienced a complete "fob-off" by the Production Manager when I tried to obtain after-sales service. He simply didn't want to know and other than trying to have me fix it myself, didn't seem to want to help at all. I would still recommend Australian Outdoor Living for roller shutters but I would warn potential buyers not to expect too much if they need help after installation.

blocked pipe. As per last time, excellent booking service over the phone and managed to book a plumber the same day. David the Plumber, phoned to let me know he was on his way, and cleared the offending drain and cleaned up quickly and professionally and we were up and running in no time. He also gave me some excellent advice on a few drainage problems I have been having with rainwater. So all in a great experience. I definitely recommend.

"Get safe wiring today" We rang on Tuesday and the tradesman arrived on Thursday. Gave us a quote then claimed could not replace the switch then, but would come back on Monday (Thursday before long weekend). We pointed out the steps were dangerous, but "best he could do". We paid deposit. We then had notification from GHS Plumbing and Electrical that the job could not be done till week after next. I insisted the job be done on Monday or my deposit back. They claimed a cancellation, and did the job on Monday. Their letter drop claimed a 15% discount for seniors. When I asked about the discount, it was claimed to have been automatically included in the quote, although the quote did not reflect this. It was added as a note on the invoice, after my query, althouth it was not reflected in the price. As to the job. The tradesman who did the job was competent and politite. The job took less than 30 minutes. I will not use them again.

Absolute great job done . Very professional, they know their stuff. Coming 1 more day to finish off. Highly recommended.
