put in our order. Waiting time was very good. Not too long at all. Installation day arrived. We had no idea that the installation looks nothing like the pictures we saw of batteries. We were also advised we needed a canopy as house faces north. This was not discussed previously. I realise there are safety issues involved but the stickers on the wall at the front of our house are not very attractive at all, again not explained to us before installation. It has now been 3 weeks since installation and battery seems to be working well. We will find out when our bills arrive. We have also been waiting now for nearly 3 weeks to have the packing rubbish removed. We were advised at installation it would be picked up in a couple of days. After numerous phone calls and emails, I have been told yesterday it will be picked up next week. I certainly hope so.

We then contacted our builder, whose plumber identified a pinhole leak in a shower pipe upstairs. This was repaired within the week and confirmed to be within the builder warranty

Based on our experience, the initial diagnosis did not resolve the issue, and we ended up paying for work that didn’t fix the problem. Would recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with major work

outrageous. They realise that she has nil/limited knowledge of electrical and plumbing trades. Latest financial assault. I have got involved because they drained her account and left her unable to pay her regular bills. Plumber turned up to do a warranty fix on the flush buttons they had fitted in18/8/2023, they were sticking. Fallon brought new Caroma button set which did not fit so cleaned/cleared existing buttons a 15 minute job. Cost $1372.24. The buttons left behind were the Caroma buttons they bought along as back-up. These vultures are unconscionable; they steal from the vulnerable as a mission objective. Do not use them under any circumstance, Fallons will rip you off. We will be contacting Office of Fair Trading about them. There are hundreds of people complaining on this site and probably thousands who have tech. problems making a complaint. Fallon's reviews probably written by them. Proceeding to OFT, ACCC & QBCC. as Fallon communication is a waste of time.

Getting a new kitchen with Wallspan was a breeze. Everything was done from the removal of the old kitchen to new. Communication was great and all questions were answered promptly. I would 100 percent recommend Wallspan for a new kitchen.

Unfortunately our power board couldn’t support the appliance so it couldn’t be installed without upgrading the board, which was too costly for us despite Jesse quoting three different options. Despite this, we were impressed with Jesse’s professional and friendly approach and will gladly use his electrical service when needed.

same problem that Jetset plumbing were called out to do. That was a year or so ago and the cost of having Jetset out to do the toilet leak issue, was in excess of $1200. The cost for the plumber to fix the same problem again (including the same “new part” that was apparently installed) was $260. Beware.

Got quote, after multiple follow ups, then tried to set up time to do job and he just ghosted us. Unprofessional and poor customer service.

Nik arrived on time, provided a quote, we accepted, returned 20 minutes later, did the job and cleaned up in less than an hour. All good.

Once the details were finalised, installation happened within the week. The installer Firas and his team from Kabani Electrical Service were efficient and courteous.

Measure quote and supply bifold windows. Great experience great price. Stuart Coopes fittered the windows. He did the job with a smile on his face we're so happy with the finished product.
