Plumbing/Prestigious Plumbing scammed me and have since dlisappeared. Got a RACV membership plumber quote of $380 first hour and requesting a deposit..another plumber scaming pensioners. That almost $1000 Plumbing labourers for $15 rubber ring. I am putting towels on the floor..I cant trust these trades people l.

the response from Jims Group when I made a complaint directly to Jim's Group ( I actually addressed the email to Jim Penman (Owner of Jim's Group) This is the response: Jim’s Group (owner) Hi RK, did you call 131 546 and lodge a complaint? If so, the area manager should have contacted you to help rectify the situation. Jim personally gets involved on all escalated complaints as well.

Have contacted 131546 with "customer service" stating that this is a franchisee issue and Jim's Group does not get involved in pricing and fees ! Have also sent an email to Jim Penman 3 weeks ago - did get an acknowledgement with no further follow up - all consistent with the fact that Jim’s Group does not take accountability for their franchisee and their franchisee action in ripping customers off. No "Area manager" has contacted us despite having our email & phone number

Only got a response on this site: Hi Ray. Apologies you have misunderstood our franchisee, but at no point was an amplifier and antenna installation quoted at $500 for both. The full price was $695 - of which he was only able to complete the amplifier on the day due to the roof being wet (it doesn't have to be raining for a roof to have moisture and be deemed to slippery for working safely). Got an invoice later but quickly sorted by the AI bot ( bit freaky though). Billy was super friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

Plumbers showing-up without an appointment, plumbers not showing up with an appt, plumbers showing up without my new toilet, lost my new toilet, waiting 3-weeks for a toilet ... an expensive service that I'd once tolerate is now even more expensive and any resemblance of service is now gone .... honestly, from what I have experienced this place is self-imploding from a new corporate style business model that minimises cost and banks on Fallons previous reputation to hold business ... their "packages" where they want you to sign-up are borderline predatory ...

Was very impressed with customer service, and the installation guys were amazing. Very thorough at explaining how everything works and excellent workmanship. Even the small stuff like the silicone was perfect.

Had leaking bathroom basin taps. Came same day earlier than anticipated. Andy called 30 mins prior to arrival. The whole experience was great, quick, friendly and clean. Answered my questions. Would use them again and highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with the supply and installation of our Powerwave 200L heat pump by JR Gas and Water. The plumber arrived on time at 7:00 AM, and the electrician had the unit fully connected and running by 12:00 PM.

something on. Nope, it's a major pipe leak from the hot water system. I stop the leak, turn the gas heater off, leave the swampy pathway littered with leaves and mud. I call Hilton Plumbing/Tradies and within minutes a job is booked, within 1/2 hour a workman or workwoman arrives . The job is repaired within a few hours and the other little dripping taps and laundry hoses are also bundled in to the job. Yep, the job is perfectly completed, the pressure tested, the place cleaned up the taps free of brown water...Then I ask Brad, how did you like the coffee I made you? With a smile and a good vibe the job is done. The bill is miniscule considering the urgency and number of little jobs in the deal. I'm so in love with Hilton Plumbing. They are my comfortable, handy service people I can count on.
