Bamboo Bliss - blissful shopping! – I am so pleased with my recent purchases from Bamboo Bliss Coolum..... the queen size pillow protectors are perfect for our big queen size pillows, paired with a queen size bamboo mattress protector....... the 40cm sides with snug elastic mean the protector stays tight and taut all night. Awful Customer Service and Long Processing Time – If I could give them 0 stars I would. Here to tell you to not buy from bamboo bliss. help but said it’s policy no exchanges or returns. So I responded back and said I was disappointed in the lack of customer service and they just ghosted me.

I tried commenting on their fb group on a sizing help and my comment was removed for “complaining”. And then was promptly booted from their page.

I also preordered something that was supposed to ship in September for my mom for Christmas and it still hasn’t updated so I’m requesting a cancellation.

I also tried leaving a review this morning and it said it was being reviewed by the shop admin. So they are not honest. How can you have real reviews when they’re all filtered?

Don’t order from bamboo bliss – Do not order from this company. My order took 7 months to fulfill. They did give an option to cancel the order however I wanted what I purchased. The customer service is unprofessional and rude. They touted a free gift for waiting so long for the order. I emailed them and provided feedback about the free gift. Their response was unprofessional and ignorant. They literally kept harassing me via email. I left a comment on Reddit about this and the owners made multiple Reddit accounts to harass me. They made up lies about the interaction we had. They used profanity and called me a Karen. They are absolutely dispicable. I threw the pajamas I ordered out. Honestly the quality isn’t that great. Go buy little Sleepies or another bamboo brand instead. Do NOT SUPPORT a company run by BULLIES!

Excellent Products – I have purchased t/shirts for myself and nightwear for my wife. I found the quality to be first class and the service from Sandra very helpful with prompt delivery. I would have no hesitation in ordering more products in the future.

So dissatisfied – I bought 2 bamboo t-shirt, one white and one black in a size medium. After 3 washes they both had started to stretch excessively. See pic. bought off them again thinking it may have been a batch error in the manufacturing process. But the new ones are doing the same thing. I also bought two singlets, one black and one white with light padding which don't stay in place. Very embarrassing when wearing the white singlet causing different looking breasts. These have also stretched. I wash in cold water, don't use dryers. I don't recommend this brand at all, after all these aren't exactly cheap.
