gripe, is that the strap buckle is only made in a silver colour, whereas my watch face surround is gold, so I have had to purchase a gold coloured buckle from a separate seller. It would be good to have a choice of buckle colours as an optional extra - I wouldn't have minded paying an additional cost for such an option.

love these straps. You do have to wait 7-10 days for them to make your strap because they’re made to order which I love. Totally worth the wait.

1st time, never again – I ordered two products and paid $10 extra for delivery in 7-14 days. When I hadn't heard anything after 11 days, I queried. I was told 'sorry', and that they were backed up because of the 'holidays' (6 weeks before xmas). I received my order more than a month after I ordered and as yet, have not been refunded my $10. Other than that, the strap I ordered doesn't look like the picture. Not aged looking at all.

You guys make the best straps – I had so many questions before placing my order and you guys were so patient with me the whole way. Needless to say, I made a bigger second purchase of five straps including some of their high end ostrich strap for mine and my wife’s Rolex and IWC watches. I also purchased a wallet for myself and a watch roll. I received my order quite quickly actually and once again they hit it out of the ballpark. Non-existing customer service – Sent about 10 emails, perhaps more. No replies at all. Disappointing given the hefty price tag. There are better options out there.
