non-existent. When I do reach them they say I'll send an email the next day, and then there is no record of that conversation. I did manage to get someone to send out mixers after a threat to require refund. I literally spent hours on hold, and still could not get clear answers or proper support.

I wanted to do a change of mind, on the same day, no way to get my request seen in time.

Two orders delayed and costing me, by their lack of ability to communicate and get action.

Because my plumber needed the shower set to rough in the bathroom, I had to purchase another one elsewhere. Now I am left with excess product because no one at Bathroom Sales Direct has taken responsibility or helped organise a refund. I've rung everyday trying to get someone to refund my shower, Now it's sent to me far too late. $506 shower rail I need refunded and shiped back at their expense.

I'm also waiting on a laundry mixer from another order, ....

For anyone choosing between Bathroom Sales Direct, Aqua Bathrooms or Highgrove, be aware that many of these companies sell the same or very similar products. The difference is the service. Aqua Bathrooms shipped the next day. Highgrove have physical stores... so where you may save, if you need product within two weeks, be aware of the delay and final cost to you having delays and inadequte customer service.

I would not buy from Bathroom Sales Direct again and would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Requested they check a particular measurement on a shower rail before shipping. They gave me a measurement of around 600mm, the goods arrrived and measured 720mm. Not fit for purpose and they will not respond to emails. Upon calling, they said somebody would get back to me. Nobody has contacted me about returning the goods. DO NOT BUY from these people. They are totally unethical and unprofessional.

Worst experience I've ever had buying something online. Took months to receive my order only for it to be wrong. Good luck trying to get ahold of them as well. Apparently, they 'missed' my email even know they only have one main account to email... Would never buy from these guys ever again

Can't lodge a return because nobody will respond to my email Also it took over 3 weeks to get my item. Horrible.

Bathrooms Direct but at was ignored. Telephoned and our cry for help was said to be passed on to Meir. Nothing as at 16 March 2026.

Furious! Their website says delivery in 5-10 days. It’s now been 16 days and we haven’t received what we purchased!! The bathroom renovation has already started and are stuffed completely! I’ve now phoned multiple times and still don’t know what is happening!! Buyer beware. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER BUYING FROM HERE!

We bought a beautiful Ovia bath tub from Bathroom Sales Direct and unfortunately arrived damaged. It was passed the 30 days when we realised though and Jonny still helped us get a replacement so quickly. The above and beyond service and great quality products from Bathroom Sales Direct is next to none. Competitive prices also. We have more renos upcoming and will only purchase from these guys now! First I emailed about a product twice then had to call to follow up, then as It didn't suit I ordered one of the items elsewhere and that arrived 3 days before the items from bathroom sales direct. Slow delivery and slow customer service. Products were good though

I contacted them prior to the return letting them know what had happened and I thought I should not have to pay the 25% restocking fee, they said they would pass it on to accounts and I would be refunded. But the refund came less $83 with no contact about why! BE VERY WEARY WHEN YOU MAKE A PURCHASE FROM BATHROOM SALES DIRECT, IF YOU THINK YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT DON’T DO IT!

Easy Return Process is Misleading - be wary if your return is damaged in transit - now resolved – I found the basin I ordered was too Big so I contacted the company and followed all their numerous requirements for a return, including extra insurance with AusPost. it was my responsibility & failed to ring me when I asked to speak to a manager. All this despite AusPost clearly stating that it was the receiver’s responsibility before a claim could be made on insurance. For the grand sum of (at best, but probably less) $138 I was willing to accept some In store credit, but nothing was offered. Be wary if you need to return your item that their advertised “easy return” policy is misleading at best.

Choose a different supplier – Took almost 2 weeks to pick and pack my order. Now 3 weeks from order date and still not arrived. December. Was given excuses blaming Australia. No refund, compensation or other form of resolution was offered. Disgraceful customers service, genuinely couldn't care. Stay away!

back i was promised. The lady I spoke with today, named Karen, was an absolute 'Karen' the entire phone conversation and ended the call by telling me id receive a call back - which i doubt I'll get. This has held up our bathroom renovation and been an extreme hassle. Will not be ordering from these guys again.

Regret purchase – I bought 9 in stock items. 2 weeks later some partly delivered. I tried to follow up. Phone line is down and got straight to message. Email took 2 days to response as they were so busy. Told reason for stock not been delivered because they also need to order but they also don’t get it yet !!! I will never buy from them again. Imagine if I ever need a warranty with their products they will just disappear.

Fantastic Products and Services – We are builders and have bought many products from Bathroom Sales Direct. Easy to deal with, attentive, trustworthy and great products. Best Service from an online store I have dealt with. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Has anyone used this company – I came across this company online and they have fully frameless shower 1200x 900 for $629. I know it sounds too good to be true but they state it's toughened glass with brass fittings. It sounds like they are Chinese made which could explain the price but they list they have supplied major projects like Hilton hotel and apartment fit outs.
