I was having trouble with my new remote and wrote to Quality Remotes and received a very prompt reply with a solution. When that did not work Quality Remotes were sending me a new remote free of charge. After sending off photos I realised I put flat batteries in the remote. So embarrassing but the team were very helpful and prompt in replying to my emails.

Purchased in for $61.

Cannot find how to fix this – It is in Spanish language and English does not appear as option to change to
