Poor communication from the unit responsible fit inpatients. My son suicidal, alcohol addiction etc and reaching out for help. They don’t treat these cases as serious. Ads parents at our wits end to get him help. Submitted authorisation Tuesday and no callback by end of week. Very poor empathy fior patient in this condition. I do believe that he is still regarded as a ‘customer’. Now you know why I’m a member at The Bays
