BenQ TK800M

Horrible products/ projectors from Benq – Absolute trash projectors and terrible support from Benq Australia support team. I got recently installed my theatre room with Benq projector W2700i which is a 4k projector and has Android Tv Inbuilt. The sound output never works on theatre system and the projector making loud noise than normal. Raised a complaint with Benq Australia and the support guy has no clue what he is talking. He suggested using a shorter hdmi cable for the eARC support but how on earth it is possible to used 2-3 metres cable length in a home theatre room when you mount your projector to the sealing. He has no idea how home theatres are connected and keeps insisting on the same solutions rather checking or replacing the projector. Absolute trash. Never going or suggesting Benq projectors

Horrible service – Bought it, found the level never both edges horizontal at the same time. Alway one side is slope. Discussed with service, they said most cases are caused by installation. I told them I put in the floor to test. They said my floor is not horizontal! I told them I use level to check my floor is flat. They said I did wrong installation! Kick balls with Costco!

Great product – Product is as advertised and does a great job - works OK with some daylight but is amazing at night. Speaker is much better than I expected. Easy to install and set up. I'd recommend this unit and Australian Warehouses.

Beware of technical limitations and terrible customer service – There is so much I like about this projector mine is the tk800m variant but it is let down by terrible customer support and technical capabilities not outlined in the product materials. Item cannot take hdmi cables of the highest quality past 10m and customer services are not aware of this limitation. This led to a huge expense on my part.....keep clear
