I live in Canada so getting Bessemer products can be a bit of a challenge as they do not ship here (yet). I recently bought a pot and the screw holding the lid and knob together was faulty. Mark worked with me in getting the lid replaced not only very swiftly, but ensuring the lid was received by a friend who was going to bring it to me. He expedited the shipping so the lid would be received in plenty of time. EXCELLENT service!

Van was amazing in assisting me with a replacement for my Black 28cm Casserole. Whilst damage was consistent with wear and tear, she made a "gesture of goodwill" decision to have it replaced at no charge to me. I contacted Bessemer re my knob on my lid broke. I was assisted by Mary. She was lovely. She asked if I had receipts. I didn’t as it was a gift from my mum who now has dementia. I was sent the knob. I was so happy with the service I received from Mary.
