521.40 deep clean — significant quoted areas remained unfinished I would not use this company again. I paid $521.40 for a deep clean of my home in July 2026. The written quotation specifically included: • Full Wall Washing • Blind Spot Cleaning • Internal Mirror Cleaning It also described the deep-cleaning service as covering hard-to-reach areas and built-up dirt. After the initial clean, I found significant areas that remained visibly dirty or appeared not to have been cleaned, including sections of walls, internal mirrors, window sills and frames, door-frame areas and areas behind furniture. I have photographs documenting the condition after the service. I contacted the company and they arranged a return visit. I appreciated that they came back, but significant issues remained following the second visit. A blind was also damaged during the cleaning, and I have obtained an approximately $180 repair estimate. I subsequently requested a $260.70 partial refund, which was declined. The company's position was that the service was time-based and that additional cleaning time had ultimately been provided. I accept that the quotation was time-based. My concern is that specific services expressly included in the written quotation remained materially incomplete even after the company had been given an opportunity to address the issues. Based on my experience, I recommend getting the exact scope and expected standard confirmed in writing before booking, particularly for walls, mirrors, blind spots and hard-to-reach areas, and inspecting the property carefully before the cleaners leave. I would choose another cleaning company based on my experience.
