Had my gutters cleaned and the job was amazing, they supplied before and after photos which was also great and great piece of mind as I live overseas and could not be there and check myself. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone in the Melbourne area

Had my old solar panels cleaned of Lichen’s which at the time looked good however when I had my ladder out two months later to check on my gutter, I notice Lichen’s were still visible. I contacted Wash Rite for they comment why there was still traces of Lichen’s. I was told the panels were clean & what I have seen is regrowth of the Lichen’s. On checking the information about Lichen’s growth, I found this statement; - “For solar panels in Sydney, visible lichen growth typically takes several years to develop, not months.” No offer to clean the remaining Lichen’s was received. I would recommend on the completion of a solar panel cleaned check for any remaining Lichen’s partially removed as they are difficult to see when wet. I attach a photo.
