Bin placed in middle of a two car driveway preventing us from parking our car for days on end.
Bin not collected as per contract on pick up day despite phone calls and emails advising it had to be collected as we had removalists coming early the next morning. Despite multiple emails and phone calls throughout that morning, the bin was not removed in time resulting in us incurring a $450 cancellation fee with our removalists.
It was only after sending a legal letter and threatening to sue for our mounting losses that Rupinder/Starxress actually arrived to remove the bin.
Best Price Skip Bins at least answered their phone when we called but when even they can’t get their subcontractors at Rupinder Skips to answer the phone, you just know their business model as skip bin brokers is broken.
That Rupinder’s stock standard answer was “sorry, we’re just really busy” or "we're a long way away" suggests they shouldn’t be picking up sub-contracts from Best Price if they can’t meet the requirements. It sounds very much like Best Price Skip Bins has little or no quality control over whom it contracts to provide the service and will happily accept your money by pairing you with a service that is substandard, outside of the area, "too busy" and doesn't give a toss about the terms of the contract you have with Best Price Skip Bins.
Give it a big miss! They were NOT that much cheaper than actual skip bin providers - just wishing I’d paid the extra $20 elsewhere for a reliable service from a local provider.

Terrible Company Worse Service – Horrible company. Placed skip bin in middle of driveway when clearly instructed to place to the LEFT of the driveway. Disgraceful customer service! Don’t waster your time and money! – After hiring a bin and carefully reading what is allowed, the driver “Osman” arrives at the latest time possible and refuses to leave the bin because he said we weren’t allowed to put timber in the bin, when it’s not even on the list of items that is not allowed. Absolutely disgraceful customer service!!! DO NOT hire a bin from this company.

delivered a skip to a completely different organisation to us, although very near to our address. I explained to Best Price that as we booked through them, we wanted a refund as we did not receive the service that we paid for. Best price skip bins have made no attempt to sort out this problem. They have still not refunded us and its now 7 months ago. The company that I actually booked with was best price skip bins and they should have sorted this out with Spotty bins. No refund no sorting the matter out. I can only suggest that you avoid this company and find some one else who cares about their reputation and the service they deliver PLEASE NOTE: Spotty Bins in WA have done the right thing and we have come to some arrangement with them. The problem was that Best Price skip bins did not care once they had taken the money.
Communication impossible, rude response – I have organized the bin with these guys. All good price was good I ordered the bin to be delivered on Friday 20th of May. deliver the bin even though the bin was rescheduled. Driver had no clue about the reschedule. I called the office and it was absolute and utter rudeness is what you get. They tried to convince me no one rescheduled. They don't offer alternatives even if it their end and their fault. So I lost my money that I paid for the bin. Even when they issue the invoice they do not issue the pdf formats. I even emailed them regarding my phone call made to let them know I called the day earlier and I have rescheduled but no one even bothers to reply. Poor Service – Bin arrived very late on day of hire, had to call twice. Bin not picked up on day of pick up, despite calls to say it must be picked up as booked due to deliveries coming to house and skip blocked them 2 days later still waiting a pick up. Phoned numerous times, they don't seem to care.
Rubbish – I booked and paid for a 3 meter bin and received a confirmation from Best Price Skip Bins. Bin was delivered, it was not collected on the pick up date, I was not informed that the supplier did not work Saturdays. half way. I did not see or look for another, email as I had already received the booking confirmation from Best Price Skip Bins and only saw it after the bin had been collected. I am now receiving constant emails and texts from The Easy Gardener (bin supplier) requesting an additional $150 for the extra rubbish in the bin. I complained to Fair Trading Queensland but Best Price Skip Bins refuse to waive the cost. I now use Cheapa Skips for excellent service and professionalism - no middle man.
Don't bother - just another broker you don't need – As usual, it is all easy till you pay. Then delivery was OK but when I rang about a pickup I was told contact the company we hired. This company's response was Sorry we can't help you. You have to deal with it now. Then goodbye
