Initially my Daughter-in-law's $100 inbox wasn't received but when I contacted the pleasant staff they immediately rectified the situation. The emailed gift card was actually in the Spam folder the second time round, so it's a good thing to check if you have problems. I now have a delighted Daughter-in-law! This is her birthday present.
