Bestway Comfort Quest Premium

A quality bed, perfect for our needs – We picked up our bed at Anaconda in the Hunter Valley area & use it as both our camping bed & as another guest bed for visitors. We have no complaints with this item. Quite the opposite actually: we love it. My partner & I (combined weight of about 160kg) have never woken up to find that the bed has deflated. The bed is comfortable, easy to operate & store; & supportive enough that it doesn't make my troublesome hips & lower back flare up. If we are using it for more than a one night stay, we do give it a little "top up" with extra air before bedtime. Based on our experience, I would recommend this bed.

Expensive and defective – We bought one of these as a temporary bed at a camp. The motor inflated it well and it all looked and felt like it was going to be great. Then we came back later and it was soft. We hadn't even slept on it yet. So we had a week of waking up in the middle of the night, touching the floor, squashed together in the middle of this mattress (and it was 40 degrees overnight). We had to then get up a few times each night to fire up a generator, re-inflate the bed, and try to get some sleep. Due to the sleep deprivation it put us through it's possibly the worst product we've ever purchased.

good that my $3000 mattress is still in the garage and I've been in my new place for over a month. I love it! By far the best $150 I've spent in a longtime. I sleep on it every night and wake up feeling refreshed. Not even my $3000 mattress does that! I have added more air occasionally, due to the season change, and let air out when it's warmer. The pump is built in and works a treat.

I bought a Queen size mattress for Christmas visitors last year and put it away for Christmas this year in a wardrobe. When I inflated it it had a leak which I repaired and then another leak showed up. It's not the seams as you would expect, but the side fabric has decayed, not been punctiored and roughly 3 cm splits are in multiple spots in the side section. Don't waste your money, they don't last.

From the start with the Bestway built-in pump air mattress we bought, not over inflating, having a dial knob to inflate/deflate, there's not much choice of "closing it off", you turn the knob. inflate and deflate, carry bag for storage. Just a terrific product that is useful for unexpected guests or keep in car for if you need to 'stay over'. Great value for money. Arrived quite quickly. Would highly recommend.

Works once then forget it – Second Bestway mattress I have purchased, Same ting happened twice, we used it the first time, perect, packed it away, pulled it out of (Original) packaging, setup, it blew up then constantly went down all night. Wouldnt hold air – Checked at home, blew up fast and comfortable however as soon as we got out to camping, set it up in the morning, come to bed time its flat, had to turn on the generator as its power only, got it pumped up. within an hour lost its air. Took back for a refund, customer service advised they were not surprised they have had many returned with the same complaints

All have been defective – I bought a mattress for a friend staying with me for a while and the first lasted up to 3 months. I then took it back and returned it and get the same one. one. Will won t you believe that in just 2 weeks the mattress began to go flat. Just done with this mattress. Its a good mattress when it actually stays inflated.

GARBAGE PRODUCT – Worked well for about one month then slowly over the next four months it deteriorated. This was being used by one person only but it started to develop holes along the oval shaped studs. Repaired the first, then the second. Defective product! – I'm sooo disappointed in this product, (queen size air mattress) bought one, thought I had put a hole in it about a week later so, I bought another one, turns out it's just a defective product!!! it don't even deserve one star. You (WILL) be getting up two or three times a night to put more air in it,, the most disheartening fact of this, (THE COMPANY HAS TO KNOW) because I'm quite sure they test their product before they put them on the market

Terrible – Terrible first time I used it it had a hole in it.l would not recommend this mattress. We had to constantly inflate the mattress all night for the week we were there which was really disappointing. That’s why I would never recommend this product. Jan

Airbed keeps on going down – We have tried to sleep on this many times but it keeps on going flat during the night pump it up hard before going to bed but will be still very flat in the morning is there another way of Plugging up the Pump to stop it going down

Works For Me – Just bought one. Than I came across the reviews for this, I started to think did I buy a lemon. So I set mine up and slept the night on it. Deflated expectations – For the price we paid, $105 I thought this would have lasted more than 6 times. Only used indoors but unfortunately was out of warranty before we used it for the last time. Show details

Not long lasting – Queen sized, double tiered. Lasted maybe 40 sleeps. Only used indoor, on carpet, but formed a small split on the periphery of one of the stabilising circles (coffee cup sized pattern on underside of mattress). This flaw is unable to be fixed by any type of patch as the split will only increase. Maybe 40 odd uses within 18mths is acceptable by Bestway standards - not sure. Worked once – I purchased the best way alwayzaire and it is sooo bad I worked well the first night and then the second it's just started flashing and deflated as has never been able to inflate again. This is going back, ok if you like sleeping on the ground – Pumped it up, went flat like a pancake, pumped it up went flat another pancake with slightly more self raising flour. This pancake will be returned to the shop. Off to buy a pump to get us through the weekend. Show details

Waste of time – The first couple of nights were great. Thereafter, the mattress deflated, from where we do not know. I woke feeling like I'd sunk into a bowl of jelly. The mattress will deflate without any weight on it. I have received a refund from my seller, for a faulty product. I've now learned to check reviews first. I have contacted Bestway because it come with 1 year warranty but I was told this product has NO "manufacturer's warranty" only seller's warranty. Not good – I purchased this mattress 12 months ago on first sleep my guest woke up and was on floor it had deflated overnight; we pumped up again next day seemed fine?
