Would NOT recommend – There are a few disappointing things with this elliptical: 1. Would not recommend a tall person; the adjustable swings do have a 3 slots, but distance between them 2cm, which makes adjustment between 1 and 3 is 4cm, it did not make a difference at all. Not for someone over 170sm. 2. The Magnetic wheel is too small, diameter is only 34sm, which makes your legs fully bend to make that one rotation.

3. Upper handle bars are not curvy bend towards user, which makes a person to lean or tilt toward to get that pulse checked. It is uncomfortable.

4. Overall is very flimsy design, the main handlebar post connects to main frame with 3 bolts, 2 goes in parallel to user, and 1 goes perpendicular, which makes this post shakes left to right because basically it holds up on 1 bolt.

To sum up, definitely would not recommend, it might be fine for a child, teenage or short person to use, but would not be happy if used to sturdy gym type elliptical.

Avoid this product – This machine represents extremely poor value. The build is cheap and several plastic parts failed during assembly. The iPhone/iPad integration did not work at all. The machine started to squeak incessantly after a couple of weeks and I could not get it to stop. This machine is also very small, as if it were designed for a child or a very small adult and the pieces of plastic that you stand on would barely accommodate my size 11 shoes.

Poor value, poor design, poor construction, faulty electronics.

i-athlon – I bought the i-athlon elliptical trainer as a compromise as I am not able to run anymore and I wanted to emulate running as much as I could without the jarring. I was drawn to this particular machine because of the promise of being able to attach an iPad and use the app 'Run The World', which would, as the theory goes, simulate the outside. I had visions of cyber-running all my old training routes which I thought would offer some compensation for being unable to physically run on the roads. That was the theory anyway. There were some problems with organising delivery of my elliptical and its setup (it comes flat packed). I found BH Fitness or their contractors, to be inflexible in the extreme. However I love the actual machine and being able to set it under cover outside and go for my daily 'run' has boosted my morale. Also the workout you get does simulate running as far as its possible to do so without actually running. However so far the iPad and the Run the World app hasn't worked for me. The app drops out so often as to make it irritating and useless and I am still unable to figure out set the machine's own workouts. So far I am stuck on manual level 1. Still, I give the machine the thumbs up and if the other glitches mentioned above were ironed out and Phafer, who write the RunTheWorld, app could get it reliably working, I would give it two thumbs up. It beats the gym and it beats sitting on the couch. So far a brilliant idea that needs more work. Slimline, neat, simulates running quite well, beats going to the gym, being able to set it up outside. Delivery and set up services were inflexible to working people. Harvey Norman saved the day. Instructions to use workouts are obscure. Does not handle the iPad and RuntheWorld app.
