Absolutely appalling customer service. Like the worst!! I ordered a new fridge shelf around 6 weeks ago, and my receipt said estimated delivery would be 1-3 weeks. Didn't I see the banner? She asked this repeatedly like I was st^pid. She was rude and argumentative, and basically said I should have worked out it would take up to 12 months to arrive from an alleged red banner I missed on ordering. I have since been back on the website and there is NO red banner on the home page advising 12 months delivery, nor on the Hisense page (and she made a point of saying it was Hisense at fault). I attach screen shots of my web page view, and am unable to see a banner advising a one year delivery period. She was unable to tell me where the parts were either. Or an estimated timeframe beyond a window of 12 weeks to 12 months. Who the hell orders a spare part for a fridge and accepts a 12 month wait?? This despite me having a receipt saying 1-3 weeks estimated timeframe. I have attached a copy of the receipt below showing the 1-3 week estimate. Honestly appalling service! Rude girl on the desk as well.

apprehensive about however my new inner pot arrived on time and it’s an exact same product.very happy either way my purchase and would shop with them again.
Follow-up · The direct deposit was easy enough although not my normal payment method. They acknowledged payment went through quickly. Delivery tracking was okay and package was wrapped carefully with plenty of packing around pot to keep it from getting damaged. It took a little longer to arrive than expected however overall I was happy with everything.
Quick delivery for what I ordered; clear deception of delays for other products, which allowed me to choose on that basis. It's also very helpful that so many previous buyers took the opportunity to give guidance about how to use the stuff I ordered. Show 2 replies

Ordered during xmas break. by Mid january, no email saying shipped. No coontact details only a bot. the bot says a part is not in stock. no ETA given. no email from the company to advise of a delay. Money taken a month ago now and still nothing.
Follow-up · they were responsive via email but didnt provide ETA of shipment. product supposedly holding the order up still shows as immediate dispatch on their website.. but they did ship what they had and refunded promptly what they didnt. annoying as there is no other australian seller of these parts.

I have ordered PCB's for an older Fujitsu 3-Phase Ducted Unit from these guys. I have always got a quick response & notification when the part is dispatched which is appreciated. Website is great for new Kelvinator refridgerator spare parts. Placing order is simple and straightforward, paid and delivery was cool. Part arrived within time and Kelvinator must have realised the plastic moulded original right side rail on the vegetable drawer was a problem.
