Still waiting for an item ordered 5 weeks ago. The company cannot be contacted by phone and the 'chatbot' is useless, creating information loops that lead nowhere. Currently out of pocket with no way to address the issue other than through my bank.

Ordered a new water tank for my fridge. It was very easy to order and was sent very fast as well. Tank was perfect and fitted perfectly. Thank you for a great experience. Show reply
Follow-up · My tank is easily removed it just pops in and out of its position in the door. You push it in an upwards motion and it pops out of its holding points. It gets removed often for cleaning and when it was changed over as well. The tank is a solid plastic and it didn't break when it was dropped once. It is opaque in colour so you can see the water level but it's not crystal clear to see through.

Ordered during xmas break. by Mid january, no email saying shipped. No coontact details only a bot. the bot says a part is not in stock. no ETA given. no email from the company to advise of a delay. Money taken a month ago now and still nothing.
Follow-up · they were responsive via email but didnt provide ETA of shipment. product supposedly holding the order up still shows as immediate dispatch on their website.. but they did ship what they had and refunded promptly what they didnt. annoying as there is no other australian seller of these parts.

Website is great for new Kelvinator refridgerator spare parts. Placing order is simple and straightforward, paid and delivery was cool. Part arrived within time and Kelvinator must have realised the plastic moulded original right side rail on the vegetable drawer was a problem. I misplaced the controllers for my Sunbeam Electric Blanket, the Sunbeam web page directed me to The Big Warehouse Spares site. I purchased a controller on a Sunday and it was delivered to the Blue Mountains on Tuesday. In the process of replacing the light in my Panasonic microwave ( to save a service call of AU$140 plus the cost of the replacement light- an LED ) I damaged the WAVE GUIDE COVER . Once I identified the part, they popped it on their website for secure purchase (as it wasn’t a popular part I guess - so they had to source it). I very happily received the part I needed in the post a few weeks later.
This was much cheaper than buying a new fridge and we wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a spare part again in future.
