the bike's features. Admittedly I had done my research and new this was the model I wanted. I decided to purchase the bike at the advertised price which was way below anything else I could find. I also asked if they could deliver it to my address. Every question and request was met with a no problem attitude. This was the most seamless and quick process of anything substantial that I have ever purchased. Dags knows his stuff and within 30 mins I was out the door and was on my way. HIs professional and fun attitude alleviated any apprehensions about buying my first new bike. Today my bike was delivered by Jimmy who spent over 30 mins going through all the features and paperwork to ensure all was right with the sale. I cannot recommend Bikebiz Parramatta highly enough, I would not hesitate to use them again for motorcycle purchases, parts or service. Thanks guys much appreciated. Tony

Frustrating and Unfair Experience – Before making a decision, I visited BikeBiz to demo both the MT-07 HO and the MT-09. Surprisingly, the sales guy informed me that I could only demo one bike. driver’s license, walked away to his desk, and consulted another salesperson. When he returned, he told me that they don’t allow people with international licenses to demo their motorcycles! To add insult to injury, they let a young rider with an L plate demo a Yamaha R150M right in front of me. The inconsistency and unfairness were beyond frustrating. My advice? Walk away from this place and find a dealership that values its customers! If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can’t imagine how poorly they treat existing customers when something goes wrong.

For comparison, here’s what other companies have done:

#ducati allowed me to test ride their demo bikes just last week. #peterstevens in Melbourne not only let me demo their motorcycles, but they also fully refunded me for a bike I purchased in 2019 due to a rectifier fault. #subaru and #landrover both allowed me to test drive their demo cars before making a purchase with Land rover.

These companies are all professional and customer-centric. Something #bikebiz clearly is not.

recently by installation of a GPS mount on a very narrow space on the Bike Handle Bar, a pretty complex job than what can be described in words here.

I made numerous attempts without success to install a 5 Inch GPS mount on a DIY basis as I am on P plate and unable to use mobile phone while driving. Service Technician Deep Basu and his team members helped me install a robust GPS mount which will make the bike fully compliant with Road Rules and no trembling of device while riding. This was done as part of Routine First 1000Kms Service.

I must mention that without proper sales and service assistance from the Bike Biz Parramatta team, I would not have been able to drive the bike with complete peace of mind slowly transiting from a Learner to a Full License Rider in near future. I would highly recommend the dealership for all types of Motorcycle Enthusiasts planning to buy a new or a used bike for recreation, work and/or touring purposes.

Fast postage and handle real returns promptly – I bought a Lithium motorbike battery from these guys 10 months ago. The battery has since died (not a result of poor quality, just happens sometimes). I returned it to them, they got the rep to genuinely inspect it and saw that it was unfit. They are sending the replacement right now. They post immediately after a purchase, they don't mess around. These guys place misleading stick availability information on their sites where they sell.... then once the order is placed... it takes a long time to be delivered. With all the excuses in yhe middle... supplier issues, errors in the warehouse... etc. Etc. And when you call... they are arrogant and rude and cant be bothered. Appalling service. I ordered Dainese GoreTex pants from their online shop, following the size chart on the website. However, the chart must be misleading as the pants ended up being at least two sizes too large. postage will be reimbursed for items where the issue is not the customer's error. I received only the refund for the purchase price without the return postage and have not received any response or explanation as to why the return postage would not be reimbursed

Stay Away – Made the mistake of bringing my CBR here for a service. After the service bike started having issues, they charged for a diagnostic fee and said I needed a part, charged me a deposit for the part and I waited 2 months. Ended up fixing the issue myself as the service technicians didn't put the bike back together properly. They then charged me a restock fee for the part I didn't even need. Stay away!

Really happy with my experience here! The team was super friendly and actually took the time to explain things without any pressure. Great range of bikes and gear, and the service was spot on. A special shout-out to Abz — absolute legend! Super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit. Definitely my go-to shop from now on. Happy to finally have my r7.

What warranty – I’ve ordered a couple of things from Bikebiz, second item was an Oxford Lifetime tank bag, zip failed and rendered it useless, thought no dramas as it had a lifetime warranty, Contacted Oxford directly for them to say my sales contract is with Bikebiz…contacted Bikebiz they say they will contact their supplier. Time wasters – Book your bike in for a simple job and waste an entire afternoon. I gave up. Got time to take photos of your bike without asking for permission but endlessly waiting in the sun is not my idea of good service. Show details

best fit. They contacted me and worked with me to get the best ones for my bike prior to filling order. This was not their problem/fault that I had ordered the wrong ones a second time and went out of their way to make sure I got the right ones. Excellent customer service, quick delivery and decent prices. Recommend.

Avoid online – I've ordered twice from bikebiz online, both took so long for anything to happy, they required a follow up. With so many great alternatives I won't be shopping here again. Show details

bike, and was told transfer would be done before delivery, last week, Bike Biz sent the transfer documents, my wife had to go and do this, turns out no rego, was meant to have 6 months rego, these guys, pray on female customers, misinformation and not professional after sale, they care only about the money.

Service was exceptional – The service team, Boris and Dean were exceptionally friendly and helpful. After detailed diagnostics, it was discovered that the rear bearing on the driveshaft was faulty and replaced the whole driveshaft and installed drainplug under warranty. afternoon.(And no, i wasnt told about any of the problems). I was told i had to pay $650 to the finance company and hundreds to them and other fees, to change to a stock Ninja that was $100 difference. All this before i signed any papers or paid a single dollar. When i went to pick up the bike, i found there were horrible mods that were damaged, loose clutch, and loose wiring. Dont buy from these guys, unless you get a close inspection, as they are more than willing to sell you a lemon. You live and learn i guess

Oxford cover strength XL – I looked online the option to buy a cover for my bike, I place the order on Tuesday morning and I received on Wednesday afternoon. I live in Apollo Bay, I love the fast delivery, keep up that way and also customer service is excellent, keep it too.
