Worst Experience Ever - Brand New Honda Scandal
Update: Bikebiz team has taken further steps to resolve this conflict. Their approach is promising at this point. I appreciate the efforts. Will keep updating here.
I purchased a brand new Honda CB300R. In the first 1000km maintenance, I was told that oil level was lower than it should be and advised to monitor it. After a month, I observed there was a significantly low level of oil and called Bikebiz team. They asked me to bring the motorbike in, and after running tests for 3 months, it was diagnosed as consuming excessive oil. A brand new Ho...nda motorbike should never consume excessive oil unless it is a manufacturing fault. Bikebiz offered me to repair the motorbike under warranty, however, I wanted to exercise my refund right under consumer guarantee for the following reasons. 1) I was told the repair time was uncertain. 2) I wouldn't have bought the motorbike if I was aware of the nature and the extent of the problem. Even repairing the motorbike would incur a depreciation cost to me as the motorbike would lose its originality. 3) I was told I wouldn't be compensated with another transport in the meantime. I would lack my daily transport in this uncertain time. 4) Most importantly, any problem related to excessive oil consumption in the engine creates an unsafe situation for the rider.
Out of stocks
Purchased and paid for products, was told days after that the product was out of stock, only option given was a refund. However the items were still shown available for purchased in their online store. Very unprofessional.

Tried others and non can compete with Bikebiz for service. Superfast delivery . They have become my go to shop for online purchases. Highly recommend them for anyone wanting motorcycle gear. 10/10

Well made product, easy to fit and works great. Good communication and good to deal with! Arrived as expected when expected. Very happy with the service, and will definitely buy here again!
BMW battery charger
Ordered an Optimate 4 charger with BMW canbus adapter. Received in the post in 2 days.
Can't complain about the service! Communication was good as well, kept me updated with progress.
I recently ordered a helmet, got the wrong one, and proceeded with enquires. Instead of sending it back, I opted to go in-store to return the one I got, and get the right one.
We waited by the service counter for nigh on 10mins without so much as a “Sorry, I’ll be with you shortly” from the only person behind the counter (on a phone call). After he “assisted” us, another guy came out with our helmet with a post-it note on the box with my name on it followed with ‘or something?’. I ordered the item online, you would have my name on the order -...I didn’t order it as Anonymous or Something. That was so rude. Had he left the post-it on there, I would have raged it at him over the incompetence of the staff - and having the audacity to refer to me as “OR SOMETHING”. I am 100% unsatisfied and disgusted by the service received from Bikebiz, Parramatta.
Poor quality, bad service
I ordered myself some motorbike boots from their site. I wore them for about 1.5 months before the souls on the shoes became torn, with holes in the middle and cracks around the sides, making them unwearable. After spending $250 on boots you would think they would last longer, or be covered if they break within that time. However after sending the boots back to them, at my expense, they only offered me a discount of 30% to buy the exact same boots. They would not budge on offering me any different boots at a discounted price or any other solutions. Very poor customer service. Not impressed. Won't be shopping here again...
Advertising items that are not in stock
Beware of ordering products from their online store which advertises items are not in stock and months away on back order. Terrible waste of time. Also the response time of the sales time is something they can improve on.
Excellent online service
Just recently purchased a complete luggage rack/bag online through them, it was delivered very quickly and i was able to install it easily. Very pleased with both the service online and with the communication i had with them. I will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend them.
BikeBiz for BMW gear again
Twice now I've gone to BikeBiz after care-less service and bad advice from the other Sydney BMW dealer. Billy in Parts/Accessories has now sold me a BMW Jacket and, just this week, a BMW heated vest, simply by caring enough to follow up and chase the stuff down. Great customer care.
Unresponsive sales team
I chose BikeBiz over other dealers for a new motorcycle as they presented an accurate online advertisement, without the need to force you to call them to "discuss" a sale.
I phoned them, agreed to a price and paid a deposit. I was notified the bike was ready. I requested the registration details so I could arrange for insurance. I was told they could not provide it to me until it was paid in full and I should use them for insurance.
I paid in full and followed up with an email, 27 hours later I called them and asked for the details. I was tol...d it would be emailed through, and 8 hours later I am still waiting. Even after calling to speak the the person in charge of sales, I still don't get the rego details. The sales team never responds to emails, never contacts you via email as instructed to. You have to chase them on the phone to get even a purchase invoice so you can pay them! My purchasing a motorcycle from them keeps their sales teams employed, yet they provide no customer service. I would have thought that looking after your customer is the number one on a sales persons list! Well not at BikeBiz.

Ive had a very positive experience with bikebiz all of the things i ordered arrived pretty quickly will definitely buy from them again also great communication with you when you talk to them

Gave great advice and very prompt shipping and responses. Great with exchanges as well. Refund was immediate and new products shipped within in a couple of days of the date they received the returns.
Terrible experience warning
Terrible experience with Bikebiz Parramatta put my bike in for service and repairs i was told they had to order parts in from Japan and i would have to wait three weeks for the parts. After picking the bike up I received a speeding fine in the mail 130km in a 80km zone and a 2 and half thousand dollar fine when taking the fine back into the shop the owner of the shop along with the workers denied they even had the bike in the shop at that time. warning do not go to bikebiz they are a bunch of Crooks that will take you for everything you have. it took me a full year to fight it in court luckily I beat it. I will never go back to that shop in my life worst experience ever
Joke of the century
Bikebiz has to be the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. I tried selling them my 2016 Vulcan 650 in full working condition, with minor defects, and in turn got an offer for $1000. That frankly insulted me. A year after, I had to bring in another motorcycle for exterior repairs after a fall and got quoted for $2650. Justify how minor exterior damage somehow costs a higher price than a fully functioning motorcycle with less than 20000 kms. Considering labour and parts, the labour costed more than what they offered for my old bike. Take your business elsewhere, BIKEBIZ does not deserve yours.
