called me on voip ( my phone warning me again of possible SCAM FRAUD) I challenged him on everything, even on a money back promise they initially gave me. My wife was praying (to God) for some justice at the time listening in. Amazingly after my harsh words he said he was giving me a full refund! I got this refunded to my credit card 7 days later! So my review is mainly to give glory to God (I'm a born again Christian) and to give this manager this review as I promised I would if the refund eventuated. I can't give this many stars as I feel this was a scam as I have had so many suspicious calls and I didn't answer one of them. Sometimes every 2 minutes, 08 044 02+64 etc up to 6 every day, my phone warning me Suspected Spam or Potential Fraud notices coming on my phone regularly. I st my phone to block the numbers but they just use different numbers. After a few weeks now they are getting the message they are wasting their time as their calls have subsided. I know I am very blessed to get a refund but the credit for that I will leave for you to ascertain! I give thanks to God!
