Made for campfires – Have had one of these for some years now. Absolutely brilliant for cutting firewood for campfires. Our camping friends leave their petrol saws in their campers while the B&D goes to work. Battery gets hot on charge and needs "double" charging with a break for cooling. Have now adapted a 5S 4.4 AmpHr LIPO battery to replace the NiCd after 1 cell died. Convenient, capable and no petrol Battery capacity is a bit small

Practical chainsaw – I've had this chainsaw for almost 3 years now. I live on a large block and use this regularly to do light cutting. I have a STHIL chain and have used it for the really thick stuff. But most of the time this little unit has surprised me again and again. The only problem was the NiCd battery, not as good as the new Lithium ion. They don't hold the charge so you will have to plan when you want to prune. Lightweight, low maintenance, easy start!
