assistance have been ignored. So I have over $50 of product sitting beside my computer. This is while the item I bought the Traqckers to find if lost has been lsot costing over $100 to be replaced.

Scam Wolf is a more accurate name – I agree that this is a scam. Since paying them, there has been one email saying my order is being processed and then...well, I can now hear the crickets. Worst company, terrible customer service, blatant theft – The apps on the site do not work. The business does not answer the phone listed on the site. The PayPal phone number is disconnected and does not answer emails. Returned item for refund through PayPal resolution centre, advised at no cost to me. Charged me $85 in postage and handling. mobile. I have tested both batteries - they both have a full charge. The cost of returning the tracker will just add to the loss, as I know I will be told there is nothing wrong with the tracker. During one phone call I did accuse them of scamming and received a diatribe of excuses and accusations of incompetence. Blaq Wolf stating that two of the trackers had batteries replaced in them - total bollocks . Contacted Paypal to get involved and after another week waiting Paypal decided to side with Blaq Wolf - what a load of crap . Do your homework on dodgy companies because at the end of the day PayPal are not always going to have your back .

Don't buy this if your phone is Android – Caveat emptor. Before you buy these confirm that you can install the associated app on your phone. I know from personal experience that it doesn't work on current Android versions. You might get away with it on an iPhone but I strongly recommend you check before buying. Show details

Don't buy it – The Wolftrack is not as described. It has a Bluetooth function only, which means it will pair with your phone (as long as you have an older phone) but that's all it does. annoying because I wanted to be notified if my cat got out of the yard. The ringer function also did not work, so it was essentially useless as an animal tracker, because the GPS does not show enough detail to show where in the house the cat was. I was also disappointed when receiving them as they appear on the website to be made of alloy, and are advertised as ‘gold’ and ‘silver’, but they are made of plastic.

I went through PayPal for a refund and the person I spoke to was rude and condescending, trying to claim that it was user error. I am very tech savvy and it definitely was not user error. At first they offered a $5 refund for $50 worth of product, which I declined. He then offered a refund, less postage, if the products were returned, at my expense. It cost me $12 to post them back via registered mail. Once received the business refused to refund both products, claiming that one of the trackers was ‘opened’. Apart from replacing the flat batteries, I did not open either product.

I brought these hoping to support an Australian business and because I thought they looked pretty cool. I did not intend to post a negative review until I found out that I would only receive roughly $10 refund for almost $60 spent on product and postage. Very disappointed….

It's now 8 days later and there's no app for this product on Pkaystore Problem 5. Despite clicking on "apps" on the Blaqwolf website, all that happens is you get linked to promotional YouTubes. Company owner accuses me of breaking locator – I bought this locator, when it arrived I connected it to my dogs collar like it says to. possible at all? There's nowhere to set a perimeter, or add SMS and email details to receive and alert from said perimeter. I see that if it disconnects from the Bluetooth, it sends an alert to your phone, but that's not based on a perimeter, just proximity to the phone.

Pin-Point Personal GPS tracking. When your precious items or loved ones go missing you can easily track their whereabouts and get them home safe as quickly as possible. It can only pinpoint my phone, using my phone, which is clearly not useful as I have my phone in my hand and know where it is. In hindsight, as it's Bluetooth only, GPS tracking would not work, only for the phone, which you have in your hand. But why say it does on the website?

Call your locator This is really the only aspect of this device that works - but only if you are within the 30m Bluetooth range, so has limited use.
