After I received my pillowcase, the directions said to hand wash the case. They should quote that in their description of the product. A big negative. After two months, I started machine washing it, one month later it fell apart at the zipper. It went into shreds. Show details

They do not last, zips fall out and wrip away even when following all wash instructions. Not worth the price tag did not last 12mths

Don’t waste your money! – I’ve had the satin before, thought these would be better. They came with no zipper and a flap which doesn’t stay on the pillow, I have to use safety pins to hold them. Big waste of money!!!! The satin was just about as good and did have a zipper. Show details

Dont fall victim to false claims – Where is the scientific evidence that backs these claims. Creams, bedding ect dont work onthe dermis. I would not buy. These are made in china. In most likely a sweat shop for $1. a zip will tear if the zip or thread is cheap causes bad stitches. Silk is not a good material for bedding Materials stetch in the wash so zip is heavy material shrinks, it breaks Go for cotton high thread count. Sheridan lasts years. Hope this helps

regular washing, they aren’t durable enough. They are nice to sleep on but that is outweighed by their cost as to their lifespan. For Blissy to say their lifespan is 10 years is misleading. Not worth buying sadly.

weeks from US to AU & they use dhl os then AU post locally. My parcel tracked from beginning all the way through without issue). I was hesitant after reading poor quality reviews but SO GLAD I WENT AHEAD WITH PURCHASE! The quality is exactly the same as my original purchase. The shipping time & process was exactly the same as a couple of years ago Blissy continue providing really good quality silk pillowcases with accurate sizng so Queen & King pillow owners dont be afraid these will fit superbly. Blissy have an exciting vast array of colours which easily puts them on top of other silk retailers. It is good quality 22 momme silk & as described on their website & app. The sales make the experience a whole lot better. The points earned are ok but you cant use them with any other discount or offer so dont redeem unless absolutely sure you'll use them as you cant get points back if you change your mind. Customer service replied in an efficient time nanner to all my queries & when I was first told of delays or lengthy delivery they cancelled my order & refunded immediately (pre ship obviously). I will definitely continue buying Blissy products.

Good marketing …… inferior product !!! – I have bought a number of blissy pillow cases over the years and if they last a year , you’re lucky ! They are overrated, expensive and inferior. they will at least expedite it. In 2 weeks I contacted them and they bluntly stated our international shipping is 15-20 days ( which completely contradicts what is being advertised on the website. I sent and requested a free return label as I had to arrange for a different presend, spend time and money, and had no further use to this. They bluntly denied and stated that they recommend to have a tracking number as "hint, hint" they may not receive your order for refund or exchange!!

This was my experience, extremely disappointed!

Zero Stars would be too high. Sadly the lowest score available was 1 star. Far too high a score for Blissy – Order placed on December 4th, well in time for Christmas. to hair, skin or allergies… people rave about “silk pillowcases” in general so I’m still intrigued to see if a “silk pillowcase” might work, but what I’m now going to try is go to my local fabric store buy real silk material (hence knowing it is really silk) and make my own silk pillowcase, I would suggest you saving a lot of money and do the same… even if you don’t sew it would only cost you $10-$15 if that, to get your local seamstress to whip one up for you, not the ridiculous amount of money “Blissy” is charging.

Of course, Blissy provides no solution to this matter, stating that I can return the order to them for a refund. How am I suppose to return something that hasn’t even arrived?? Ridiculous!! Not to mention, their emails riddled with spelling and grammatical errors, no signature etc, so unprofessional. I would stay clear of buying from here

Very disappointed with the Blissy pillowcase! – I was very disappointed with the quality of my Blissy pillowcase. It has a synthetic feel and maybe smooth, but is not soft and silky against my face. Expensive pillowcases that do not last. Look elsewhere – These are expensive pillowcases, but all 4 of mine failed after about 18 months. They should last far longer than that. Customer service refuses to replace, or repair them. Care instructions followed. They are just not worth the money paid. bad sewing – I purchased two blissy pillowcases cost of $184.00. The sewing has come away from the zip. They have been washed in a bag ever time they have been washed. the complaint on my behalf and Blissy promptly replied to them saying they had reached out to me. I have not received any response from Blissy and even now they have done nothing to address my concerns. All I wanted was for Blissy to replace the 2 faulty pillowcases but no joy. Wouldn’t recommend.

Misleading advertising – I was wanting to love these pillow cases after all the advertising Hype. I gave them two stars as they are lovely and soft to sleep on. They, however, do not live up to their claims. For me, they are still hot to sleep on - constantly turning over to find cool spot just like cotton. Didn’t help with hair or allergies either. Not worth the money I paid for them – I bought two blissy pillowslips which was very expensive one of them where the zip does up has torn away from the silk now it is fraying The zip is now broken as well.I have been hand washing them as per instructions .what can be done about it ?

Worth every cent – If you're in need of a cool head at night ,a Blissy pillowcase is what you've been looking for. Great for the hair and skin,feels fantastic and keeps you cool like a movie star all night long.
