For quite a while I was using Bloom hearing centre, repairs or replace my hearing aids, lately, I am having problem with one of my hearing aids from day 1, (since last year) which I have it replaced as I lost one, I kept telling them that one of the hearing aid is faulty, all they did is replaced the filters, and clean, and told me that it is working fine, unfortunately it still keep shutting down on me. I kept replacing the battery, and still play up, Not happy.. today I took the faulty hearing aid in, and they told me that the hearing aid have to go away to get "look at".. I was considering get an other hearing aid from elsewhere, and got told that it gonna cost me $600 to get program in the new hearing aids, if I get the hearing aid from elsewhere.. that is worse than visiting the specialists doctor.. I think it is time for me to look around if the hearing aid come back and still playing up, hmmmm.. I thought I share with you.

Hi, I purchased 2x hearing aids from bloom, the aids are not fit for purchase I hear nothing out of the right ear and tiny noises out of the other, I would like to return the aids and get a full refund. Yours .Patrick Lowry Belfast. Northern Ireland.
