before. Turned up Darwin airport with 18 people. No bus, no nothing and mobile going to voice mail. Pathetic. 45 mins later a filthly, old clapped out smelly bus turned up. What a welcome to my group arriving here for the first time. A change of ownership so I guess nobody cared. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This crappy service cost $250.

Do not get in their taxis if you value your life – Was harassed and tailgated, then nearly side swiped by taxi 206, a blue Toyota sedan. This driver is extremely dangerous and has had several near misses yet they still won’t sack him. Management are yet to get back to me about my complaint. It’s now with police. DO NOT get into one of these cabs if you want to live, that driver will kill someone, it’s not a matter of if, more a matter of when.

Bad service totally untrustworthy – Rand and booked a cab at 3pm to take us to the warf for a 510pm departure. Booked for 455 to give is 5 minutes extra. At 5pm we had to ring to ask where our cab was? Took ages to reply. Cab turns up 17 mins late. We run to our boat as they are calling us one last time. We nearly missed our dinner cruise booking and instead of a relaxed cruise we were panicked about missing it. Not good enough

Wouldn't use blue taxi ever again – Caught taxi at airport was told there is a $4.00 extra for airport so that was fine our taxi fare was $52.00 on meter when we arrived at location but he said it was $58.00 we questioned it but we had no choice to pay .when I checked my bank account he actually charged $58.80 Thats $2.80 over payment he had just ripped us off Not happy will never use blue taxi in future

Cancalled 20 minutes before booked time – Disgusted. Booked 24 hours in advanced, to be cancelled 20 minutes before meant to be taken to the airport, at 0445 in the morning. Was asked "can you make alternative travel arrangments?" If i could do that, why would i be paying for a taxi?" Excellent Taxi Service – Blue Taxi (Darwin) is a fast, friendly and efficient taxi service. The drivers were polite, helpful and took the best routes available. When ordering a taxi a person took the call (not a robocall) and they remembered me after one call - a nice personal touch.
