frustrating and unreliable. Their website and emails confidently state “not to worry, there are more available in the area,” which turned out to be completely misleading. Availability was nowhere near what was advertised, and there seemed to be little to no effort to verify the actual status of their hosts before taking bookings. What’s most concerning is that it feels like they are quick to take your money without ensuring they can deliver on what’s promised. When issues arise, responsiveness is poor, and there’s no sense of accountability or urgency to resolve problems. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would not recommend. 1 star

many trips feels ridiculously low. The fares often don’t seem to reflect the time and distance involved. Uber needs to start paying drivers fairly and value the people who keep the platform running.

Every single one I've had has been punctual, super friendly but still professional, and you can tell they really know their way around and know all the hidden gems of Byron. allegedly completing a trip without picking up the rider. This accusation is simply not what happened.

I actually went to the pickup location, picked up the passenger and started the trip. After approximately 1 km, the passenger asked me to stop, got out of the vehicle and then cancelled the trip. Despite this, DiDi’s system somehow treated the incident as though I had completed a trip without picking up the passenger.

What is particularly frustrating is that DiDi appears to make serious decisions about drivers’ accounts based on automated records without properly considering what actually happened. Drivers’ livelihoods are being affected, yet there seems to be very little accountability when the system gets something wrong.

I understand that DiDi needs policies to prevent fraud, but suspending a driver based on an incorrect interpretation of a single incident is completely unacceptable.

If DiDi genuinely cared about its drivers, it would properly investigate the trip, review the GPS data and cancellation history, and give the driver a fair opportunity to explain before issuing a suspension.

Drivers are not just numbers on a screen. We spend our own time, fuel and money working on the platform. Treating drivers as guilty first and investigating later is extremely disappointing.

I would strongly encourage DiDi to improve its driver support and investigation process because, based on my experience, the system feels heavily stacked against drivers.

Had to drive ourselves to the airport and nearly missed our check in for our flights which would have cost us thousands to fly from Port Hedland to Perth. When I finally got through to them on the phone they told me that they were “still waiting for someone in the fleet to accept the booking”. I feel like when you call up a taxi company and make a booking for the following morning - the assumption would be that they have a driver for the job. These guys suck. Do not book with them.

contacted Coach Hire to cancel immediately only to be told I now have to pay as it has a 30 days non refundable policy. This is a joke. I don't know too many tourism companies unless it's a big multi day tour where it's non refundable if cancelled between 14-30 days. I will never ever use this company again. We also had a previous terrible experience with them and a bus and driver that they provided for one of our tours and we got nothing but complaints. The bus was grotty, the driver swerving as he was struggling to stay awake. Keep away from this company, they are dodgy and will take your money.

Do not use they take a full of advantage of young women and over overcharge. The government needs to get rid of this company.
