I absolutely love it – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ok, I purchased this BMC G3 Auto about 5 weeks ago. It really is a fabulous buy ! When I was told I would require a CPAP to sleep, I really didn't know how we would find the spare $$ the other brand I had been quoted for was about $2 K. I started looking at reviews and YouTube, and decided to contact CPAP solutions to find out a little more. I spoke with Daniel, ( CPAP Solutions Australia ) and he answered all my questions. The 5 year warranty was a huge surprise !! because the other one I had looked at was only 2 year warranty. review of the CPAP. Its very quiet, I ordered the white one, which I feel looks very clean and smart. It came with everything I needed, including heated hose, mask kit,( in 3 sizes,) travel bag, and spare filter, I also arranged an extra large allergy filter, it is very easy to use. I am using the Auto mode, but adjusted a few of the settings.( I messaged Daniel, and he helped me adjust the humidity and heat, and how to pre heat. ) There is an app called Pap link, that I scan the code every morning, and it sends me a daily sleep report. It's a seriously good CPAP. And great to see a bit of competition in the market. The water chamber pops out easily to wash and refill, pops back in easily, doesn't leak. The control button and knob has a nice soft responsive feel, and feels like great quality, not cheap and clicky at all. I use the full face mask, and it was great to have a few sizes to play around with. I tried both the Medium and Small, over a few days, back and forth, eventually settling on the Small. It has a lovely soft silicon fit, that is comfortable on my sensitive skin. I am getting really great results. And no longer waking up with a headache every morning, and no longer feeling exhausted all day every day. I am sharing this, because its a damn good value deal.( especially at the moment ) I would have given it 5 stars, but the connection of the heated hose at the back of the machine, might be difficult for someone that is elderly or has trouble with their hands. it fits firm, and takes a little wiggle to pull off for the weekly bath. But its something that doesn't worry me. GREAT VALUE !!

Purchased in at CPAP solutions Australia for $999.

Alerts at all hours and noise – Been using this machine for 6 months. Initially it seemed okay to use but then it got noisy. The machine then started coming up with consumable alerts in the middle of the night which can only be turned off by fully waking up and navigating the menus to reset the alerts. Another issue is that the power supply plug does not fit properly on the machine and the slightest knock from the hose turns the machine off. Finally the machine now reports a low power supply issue in the middle of the night. There is no issues with power here in Australia and the machine is connected to a regulated UPS. The alerts for the power issue cannot stopped so all you can do is turn off the machine and deal with a poor sleep.
