Fantastic if you like fresh bread – I used to freeze sliced bread and break off slices as I need them. Now I have discovered the “Bodum Bistro Bread Box” you can buy your favourite artisan bread, slice it when you want and it tastes as good as when purchased a week later. It probably lasts a lot longer but I travel near my favourite baker once a week. P.T.P
