Delivery and support has been Excellent – I have had no issue with deliveries have always arrived on time. I use there online chat if ai have had a question on products. Great on-line store

How a good E-com store should be – Easy to use, Good range of products, reasonable prices and fast delivery. However my first order product was not available. I received a call from customer service and they offered alternatives which I did not take but had a refund in 4 days although I was advised it would take 10+ days. I have used many times since without a hitch.

Excellent Service – I have now used BoozeRun a umber of times. They have a great range and fair pricing. I usually use the 2 hour delivery and have only been late on one occasion.

Scam! – Cannot contact this company for trying... email - phone number not connected. Ordered two months ago and have no fulfilled order, no communication and can't organize a refund. Will report to ACCC. Order was nearly $200 EDIT - Got response from this - was lengthy process but finally received refund.

Bunch of [Content Removed] – Bunch of [Content Removed] that take your money, don’t deliver or refund despite many attempts to contact. No response to emails or calls.

Dont deliver you order, say they will give you a refund and message you to stall your complaints – I placed an order on 10th of August 2 days later when my order didnt arrive, I called boozerun and spoke to a man who said he couldnt get the stock but would try. 2 Days later he said sorry can I offer you a refund. 3 weeks later no refund I contacted him again he asked for my account info. A further 2 weeks later no refund and wont respond to text messages.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! – Like so many others here I placed an order and received no confirmation or response from them regarding my order. answer there phone or emails? It wasn’t until I mentioned I was going to report this business to the ACCC and fair trading that I received an email stating that they were sorry and that my order was being cancelled and that I would have a refund by the end of the week. Sure enough still no refund!!!

I have had to lodge a formal complaint in an attempt to get my money back. How this company is still in operation is beyond me! I have reported this “business” to the ACCC and fair trading….

To anyone contemplating purchasing from this site, please do not! You would only be wasting your money!! You will never see it again!

Terrible – Bought 2 bottles of bourbon, never turned up, don't answer or respond. Wish I read the reviews. Told I would get a refund after they saw the review and guess what, surprise no refund. Don't use these guys

Shocking company - Avoid at all costs – Like everyone else here I placed an order over a month ago and have received no response from them regarding my order or a refund. I have had to lodge a formal complaint in an attempt to get my money back. How this company is still in operation is baffling.

Hopeless - no product arrived no communication – I placed and order on the the 3rd July 2020 - order number 1-452. I never received the product and when I asked about a refund never received an email back and never had a phone call back - have a feeling like a lot of others here that I have been scammed. Terrible – Purchased an item, received email after following up on order that never arrived advising item not in stock and refund will be issued. Its been one month and no refund or reply to any emails or voice calls left! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

Product hasn’t arrived after 12 weeks – I ordered a bottle of vodka for someone as a Christmas gift on the 10th of November 2020 and it is now the 23rd of January 2021 and it still hasn’t shown up. Not once has Boozerun contacted me to tell me where this bottle is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish I had the option of giving no stars on my review as a 1 star review is too much for this company.

Update- requested a refund on the 23rd of January. I have again asked for a refund on the 3rd of February.

almost 3 months after the order was placed I was told it was out of stock and to send my banking details for a refund......still no refund to this day. I wish I had seen the reviews on here earlier. Will be starting an investigation as I warned them about in my previous email to them.

Terrible – Today i ordered a 10 pack of jim beam for 2 hr delivery and it never arrived. I clearly shouldve read every one elses reviews for it seems it has happened to so many people. And before they say it's out of stock it is the most generic alcohol you could buy. They do not answer their phone or reply to emails. So I'll post it here that i want a refund ASAP.

Locked up and thirsty – Boozerun are a godsend. Was quarantined due to Corona, my only access to alcohol was via delivery to the hotel. Boozerun to the rescue!! Multiple deliveries over the 2 weeks. Cheers Boozerun!

No show and no explanation – Placed order on the 27/10/2020 and have not heard from them since.Tried ringing on the 13/11/2020 after sending emails prior but no answer to any forms of contact.They need to answer as the next step will be legal.

excuses are "it is being processed, please wait another 3 to 5 days". or the latest one "I don't have authorisation to process the refund".. Many other companies offering this type of service. Don't use this one!

Great Service! – Have used Boozerun to supply my ongoing experimenting with craft beer. Get a new ctn each week, its delivered cold and ready to go. Delivery guy loves his work and and is happy and efficient.

Afternoon Drinks QLD – I have used BoozeRun several times to deliver drinks for the boys and girls :-) for Friday afternoon drinks . Beer and wine always Cold and deliverred on-time. Highly recommended

Ticket No. No one answers the phone. Money withdrawn immediately but nothing in return. So UNPLEASANT. My Advice NOT to place any orders with Boozerun. I have now to go through the hassle of getting my money back. It is too late to deliver my order after the night was finished.

Do not use. No customer service whatsoever – I ordered some alcohol on the 24/8, the website let’s you pick a delivery day, I selected next day, 2 days later I still have had no contact, so I email asking where my delivery is, nothing (still), then I get an email with a link to track the item. drive around doing who knows what! Boozerun you have scammed me out of my money, now I have to try and recoup it through the bank/fraud department. I wish I had of seen these reviews before ordering. Even the phone number they provide either doesn’t pickup or goes to voicemail. Shame on you for ripping people off

I have sent emails with no response and the all you get on.the phone is the recorded message. After doing some homework and looking at the reviews online I now know that these guys are [Word Removed] and won't be following through with the service i paid for. Of course, here we are mid-September with no refund, and unresponsive emails after 3 more tried. Clearly scam artists and I'll need to attempt my credit card company to dispute it.

nearly three months. Found the communication and service to be very poor for the 21st century. Caveat Emptor.

No communication or delivery – I placed an order 8 weeks ago and have had no communication despite trying every way I could find. I am now needed to charge back my credit card. Very disappointing.

text messages, emails to their websites addresses, phone calls, they either stopped responding or fobbed off every interaction. Eventually after contacting them repeatedly, they advised the refund had been processed through Stripe, and it could take 10-14 days. That was probably a month ago now. Ive had to lodge a credit card dispute with my credit card company now to retrieve my funds. These guys are incompetent. Their website is evasive, the links in their email orders return to blank pages, their website lists no genuine information about ABN or licensing information, and the business appears to be held by a partnership in Queensland. This was a horrendously bad experience and they were given numerous opportunities , 10+++ times to resolve the situation. I almost feel like I've been scammed by this website. I would not recommend ordering from these guys at all, they are extremely unprofessional and almost not competent enough to run a business.
