about the balance being on its way twice, then a few months later I called again to ask where the balance of my order was and they tried to charge me another delivery fee again! The audacity is real. The customer service team are hopeless rude and arrogant. When I complained to the “executive customer service excellence” rep she too narrowed it down by justifying their actions and just trying to help line! No wonder the team are the way they are! There were two white women and one white man at the wine-tasting station. The wine selector on duty was Mr Harris.

Ms Harris welcomed the white customers and engaged with them . When I approached the station, however, I was not similarly welcomed or engaged with.fir 25 min. Instead, I was told that I might be in the wrong place. I was then told, in substance, that “wine is not our thing” because I am Black.

I found this interaction deeply offensive and appalling. The contrast in treatment was particularly concerning: white customers were welcomed and encouraged to participate, while I was made to feel that I did not belong and was subjected to a racialised comment about Black people and wine.

I am documenting this incident because I believe it warrants investigation. Regardless of the intention behind the comment, telling a Black customer that wine is not “our thing” because of their race is inappropriate and unacceptable.

I would like the organisation to investigate what occurred, establish the circumstances surrounding the interaction, and advise what steps will be taken to ensure that all customers are treated respectfully and without racial discrimination.

There appears to be no way to directly speak with the organisation to insist that they desist from this practice forthwith short of blocking calls which I have done. Sadly this behaviour tarnishes the reputation of all wine groups of which majority do the right thing. compressor noise. We proceeded with the replacement but need to wait 3-4months for new stock. New items delivered end of September and during the installation, we noticed the door came out from the top hinge. The installation person also noted and took some picture but decide not to take it back (nor take the previous unit back). I have asked a number of times to installation guy and they refused to take 2 units back (despite Le Cavist confirmed they will take it back). So, I have 2 damaged / defected units in my lounge room.

Made complaint via emails and phones. The installation company will come back to collect the 2 units.

Le Cavist has not responded to me on my email. I called and staff said they are under staff and will get back to me later (however, I noted the replace order has been put in place)

the issue with the product (QA/QC), delivery service / subcontract of the subcontract, response time of customer service (many emails communicated on this topic)

use Australia Post, with delivery received in 4-5 days. I ordered a wine dozen for my family in metropolitan Adelaide on December 13th, as a xmas present. It's now December 30th and they are yet to receive the delivery! The tracking number given does not exist. In the metro area, Nick's uses a company called Aramex for deliveries. O'h dear, have a look at Aramex on Product Review! I can see where the problem lies. Nick's have chosen a courier on price, not competency. I will continue to order my wines from Nick's as they use Australia Post for my location. I will need confirmation of a courier change to ever order again for metro area delivery. Nick's need to address this situation quickly, as their deservedly good reputation is being quickly eroded.

told he did not have one of the wines I ordered. We agreed he would ship the other two wines and get back to me with timing for the last one. Two weeks went by and he didn't ship the wines or get back to me. After following up again he then said my wines have shipped. Expecting my full order to be fulfilled I received only half the order. I had to follow him up again via email and text and he didn't even respond to me but instead just refunded the cost of the wine he didn't have in stock. This took a month of constant follow ups and I didn't get the wine I ordered. Buyer beware

Great Whiskeys in stock and packaged well for delivery. They also handled an additional request. Would recommend.
