Worst Services – The service is so bad that I can hardly hear anything with out increasing the volume of some channels, and some channels have volume so high that during channel change they blast and hurt ears. The screen also freezes every few mins and wouldn't fix and have to move the channels up and down to unfreeze. The tv scenes keeps repeating every few seconds/minutes causing to see a show/movie twice in the same interval, the video services are so bad and have other sounds in with the video/movie music/sound, worst of all is the support chat, that keeps disconnecting every few minutes and while reconnecting, we have to explain all the issues to the new support contact again. I have been asking to cancel the services and refund me my money, but they keep saying that the support guy/department will call me. I just hope I get my money back.
IPTV FOREST – For $12 a month, very cheap but NO LIVE SPORT channels work well. It continuously buffering, stopping and going blank. When I communicated this to their service center, they told me I had to insert VPN on the TV. I asked for a refund, they refused to and stopped replying to my requests to fix the issue and when I told them I wanted to cancel the subscription, then they replied because I paid subscription for 12 months and they kept the money. They provided little to no support to fix their live sport channels. I'm not going to pay VPN because they want me to and then there is still no guarantee it will work after that anyway, Do yourself a favour, do not subscribe to IPTVFOREST, yes it is cheap but DOES NOT WORK ON ANY LIVE SPORT CHANNELS. Don't waste time and money.
Bad service – My IP box is not working I don’t know the reason. I had tried to contact customer care. But nobody is there. Customer service/ tech support is very very poor to resolve an issue with the box. Bad Customer service.
SCAM - FAKE DUMMY IPTV BOX – I was looking for IP TV Box and in the google search found BOSSIPTV.XYZ. Filled up the form on the website (https://www.bossiptv.xyz/) to "TO KNOW MORE. REQUEST A CALL BACK". After 10 mins, a person called [Name Removed] gave me a call and we talked about what channels they are providing and what would be the subscription charges etc. He said once I receive the box, I will need to call him on +1-778-372-2112 via Whatsapp or normal call to activate the box. All went fine and I was interested in buying so he asked my Credit card details but I denied that as it could be risky thing to give the CC details on the phone. He agreed and advised me to go to the bossiptv website and follow the "Buy Now" process flow and filled up all the details including Credit Card. I saw that the website is using SSL (https) it would be safe to provide the CC details there.
I completed the transaction and after 5 mins I got a call from the person called [Name Removed] who he said is from the accounting team. He called me to confirm that he can go ahead and deduct the transaction amount $390(NZ) from my CC and I approved it.
I received the IP TV Box within 4-5 days.
I plugged in the Box and it was not working. I dropped him messages in the Whatsapp that I have received the box and I need your help to activate this but didn't get any reply. I tried many other ways to contact them like filling up the "REQUEST A CALL BACK", Live Chat etc. but nobody is responding till today (17/03/2021).
Bad service BOSS IPTV NO RESPONSE – Terrible product.. i have problem since day one. I have been calling them since day one. No solution for the last 6 weeks plus. I have asked for refund and no body is bothered to call me back and refund. As the product is faulty and they cant fix it. They are like challenging me to do whatever and they dont give a care.
