Scamming old people with dementia - that's really poor behaviour - you should be ashamed. There's no one answering their phones - it's a big scam and you can't cancel.

A great way to order wine! – I have been ordering wine from Boutique Wines for many years. Their phone calls are regular but the knowledgeable sales people understand when you’re not ready to order or taking a break. The wines are great value and there are always specials and a huge variety which now includes low alcohol and low sugar varieties. A recent hiccup in ordering was swiftly addressed via email and a very polite rep. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous wines and excellent customer service – I'm very happy with the wines I've received from Boutique Wines.  Julie understood my preferred wine type and sent a selection of 6 wines I really enjoyed.  I've now found a new favourite wine.  The wines arrived in a sturdy box with information from each vineyard about the wine.  Very happy to have stumbled across Boutique Wines.  The customer service is excellent, as are the wines.  Thank you.

[Content Removed] – Get cold called by this bird because I entered a competition for a weekend away. So beware of entering any Boutique Wine competitions on Fakebook. is showing a pending transaction for $109.00 from Boutique Wines for 4 bottles of Leogate wines. A) assured my card details aren't kept b) assured it was a one off never to purchase from them again c) what makes them think I ordered that [Content Removed] ? Attempts to contact go to recorded message and to leave details. I leave my mobile number. Wait a day and no contact. I submit a complaint via the website and tell them this is fraud and not to debit my account. Still no contact. So I ring their sales 'team' which I suspect is one person sitting in their back shed, who tells me she can't help and can't switch me through to 'accounts', but will give them a message to ring me. Still no contact. Check my account and the pending debit is no longer pending, it has been taken from my account for wine I never ordered and was told never would be. [Content Removed]. NEVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CARD NUMBER. Now have to cancel my card, raise a dispute with my bank and go to the police. And [Name Removed], Newcastle is actually a small town.

Do not deal with these crooks – Appaling. Taking advantage of my mother who doesn't drink wine, wants to end the unwanted deliveries, claims they will pick up the cases and don't and still send her more. Just shocking. You don't even deserve one star!

This place is disgusting, they will not stop calling you! – A nice lady on the phone keeps pressuring myself and others to buy wines at "a heavily discounted price", yeah right. All I've heard from this place are terrible reviews and experiences. Added bonus: They call you from a wide range of numbers, so you can't block and move on! Steer well clear of this company and don't give them the time of day!

If You Haven't Bought from Boutique Wines, You are surely Missing Out – Julie is an inspiration, she's amazing with her ability to understand her customer and consequently I was able to buy boxes of wine, I just didn't know existed.

Fantastic Boutique Wines – Boutique Wines have been great over many years. The wines are of really good quality at a reasonable price. The staff have been great.

Bon vin de Boutique – The consultant Michael of Boutique Wines was extremely helpful and responded to my interests and needs in wine. He was friendly, informative and with an easy going sales pitch without being pushy. He sent an email straight away listing my ordered wines and payment options as requested. All up, it was a great experience and I will have excellent wines for Christmas (if they make it that far, lol.)

Good variety, great price, speedy delivery – Always a great selection at the best price I’ve seen around. I mainly drink Margaret River reds with the odd white in the warmer months and my selections are tailored exactly to my taste. Prompt delivery. Very happy customer

Very Happy – I have been with Boutique Wines for about 5 yrs now. Love the wines and the service, I get sent an email, at my request , every 4 months, I can change my order or skip at any time, so much easier than having the phone calls, I order what I want, When I want. Very Happy. I have also called the 1300 number, But if you leave a msg, They get back to you as soon as possible. For me, professional service and Staff.

Amazing and thoughtful staff – The staff were amazing, guiding me to discover much better wines that I now love. When there was a broken bottle in my second order, they reached out to me, promptly sent a replacement, and even included a complimentary bottle. So thoughtful.

First time purchase, good price point and convenience of home delivery – First time buying wine this way and overall a seamless process. excitement of having something new in the house meant we're drinking a little more than usual, which isn't a bad thing!!

Given the summer period, we went through the whites pretty quickly, and I've been dabbling on my own with reds. So far, so good.

The wine was good and from Aussie producers, it's not lining Coles or Woolies pockets so even better!

The company is terrible – After a number of times to contact them. No luck. I strongly advise people not to contact or buy wine from this company. Service is crap along with everything about this company. A total scam.

Lousy service – After trying to contact boutique wine a number of times to no avail, they have taken money which had been authorised. This company is currently under investigation for fraud. I would never deal with them again, I would also tell other people not to also.

Say NO when they cold call – I initially received a pleasant call from a lady at Boutique Wines inviting me to try 6 bottles of wine from struggling wineries. have asked to have all my data removed from their data base to no avail. Sickening abuse of customers. Do not entertain this company in any way.

No refund – My 92 year old father fell victim of a cold call from this company. He was receiving boxes of wine (I think 1 every 3 months), several times he called them asking them to stop. the box back unopened. That was over a month ago, the company says the returned box hasn't arrived. Still no refund. Going to consumer affairs if this is not resolved soon.

Listen to other reviewers before signing up – Once you sign up they keep sending you wine and keep charging your credit card. Really sad practice. Are they that desperate?

Shades and dishonest – I have tried to cancel my subscription with them a few times now. Almost half a year later, I find on my banking app they tried to take 1 cent out. Like most scams try to do. Good wine...but definitely aggressive and shady sales techniques – I signed up like many for a one off discount at a food and wine expo, not thinking I had signed up to a membership. Once you (unwittingly) become a member, it is EXTREMELY difficult to be removed from the "membership" list and there's no way to manage your account yourself online.

To be fair, the wine had been excellent and I liked that I was supporting smaller wineries. But the sales techniques were just aggressive. After I'd asked to be removed from the 3 monthly membership, they replaced that with phone calls every few months instead. If I blocked a number, they would just call from another one. I have 10 different phone numbers saved for Boutique Wines! I did occasionally purchase boxes which is why they probably persisted. But the sales people were very pushy as well. When I asked to be removed from their database after a few years of these tactics, they wrote back that rather than doing that, they would put me on a special list to call me at Christmas with their specials. It wasn't even phrased as a question - it was literally phrased as: "Rather than cancel your membership, I have ensured that you only get a call once a year around Christmas. Where you are free to take advantage of any of our specials offer, while retaining the valued VIP insider price. I hope this better meets your requirements."

When I told them that is not what I asked for, there was no response. I received a further two sales calls and asked to be removed again during those calls. It wasn't until I'd emailed them again asking to be removed and told them that I'd reported them that they confirmed they had amended my "membership." Bearing in mind I had asked to be removed from their database, but at least after this point the phone calls stopped.

It's a nice concept, supporting smaller wineries and getting great wines. Unfortunately, their sales tactics and personal information management are appalling.

Scammerd and fraudsters – Organised a trial case of wine. At not stage was it mentioned or did I agree to a on going purchase. 3 months later, they debited my credit card and sent out another case. When I called them they said it was a glitch in their system. They redirected the wine back to them, but still no refund. They don't answer their phone or reply to emails. Do not deal with this company

Dont buy into it. Will keep charging you without authorisation – I ordered once, asked very specifically if they had any other hidden fees or recurring payments, they said no. So of course since then: - stuffed up my address - had a confirmation of second order email even though I never re-ordered - just had money taken from my account without my authorisation which was actually more than the one-off I got 3 months ago. Have sent them an email and will be contacting bank to block them. Very annoying

BEST QUALITY & BEST SERVICE – I have been with Boutique Wines for nearly ten years now and I have never ever had a bad bottle from them!! Their staff are super helpful and a delight to deal with each time they call and I have now reccomended them to my friends as they are always coming to my place and drinking my good stuff!

Scam - Do not buy from this mob – Buyer beware. If you buy from this mob they will send further wine without your authority and charge your credit card.
