So much for arriving in time for Christmas if it’s sent 3 days before. The kids reckon they can’t taste anything different and they leak if tipped. So don’t waste your money. It’s a rip off.

from them so another 2 days later I politely contacted them with my order number details via their FB page only to receive a message back a few hours later berating me for not giving them at least 2 business days to reply to their website enquiry form. Even though they did take the time to berate me, they couldn't give me any further details on my order.

At this stage nothing changed to the processing status and I just gave up on it believing I had been ripped off from them. It eventually arrived Christmas Eve however the reason fro the bad review is their appaling customer service and communication so much so that they blame the customer.

Don't waste your money – Brought this drink bottle with the tabs paid over $80. First off it took them 3 weeks to send it to the post office, 2 days after I lodged a complaint with PayPal. Then I get the product and it tastes like water the tabs are useless it's a rip off. Show details

Better to buy from Temu – I ordered this bottle 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t turned up but the shipping notification was in China. They are $5.00 on Temu save your money and buy one from there same bottle just rebranded it seems. Poor quality drink bottles leaks. Company won’t refund – The drink bottles do not match the description. The bottles leak and cannot be used unless you’re planning to keep it standing up as the water pours out and fills the lid. When you open the lid the water pours everywhere. Don’t bother – Recently purchased this. Tried 5 different flavours - all very bland and not as advertised. Don’t buy, it’s a scam – Don’t recommend they don’t do what they say they do. It’s false advertising and when it doesn’t work and you want to return and refund cause it’s falsely advertised and sent you a damaged and faulty product they refuse to refund breaking ACCC laws. if I could get any sort of result at all, and even got in touch with their dull and bordering into rude customer service team thinking it may have just been me doing something wrong. I was basically told ‘sorry, it’s user error and we can’t refund you now it’s been used’. I even got my partner to test it as I thought it may have just been me that couldn’t smell or taste it and he said all he could smell and taste were ‘gross chemicals’.

Wish I’d read the google reviews first because it seems I’m not alone in thinking this product is pure garbage and false advertising.

Review for SCNT – Absolute crap! I’d give zero stars. The bottles clearly come from China and are cheap crap. The pods are weak so you can barely notice any flavour and the airflow required around the pod to make it works makes drinking frustrating. Oh, and you can’t get a refund for a dodgy crap product because their refund policy states it must be unused. Worth a call to the ACCC. Absolute waste of $100. Show details

Received - not as described – So I ordered the drink bottle after seeing it on Tik Tok. Took at least 2.5 months to come. So, at least I received my order, unlike others. The bottle is pretty standard. I ordered the matte black. Looks like something I could’ve bought at Coles or Woolworths. The “flavour” is interesting.
