Breezway

We required keys for some louvres in a property recently purchased. Breezeway responded to my query less than 24 hours later and were happy to arrange some keys sent out free of charge - great customer service.

Moved into a new house which had a Breezway Louvre in the bathroom. Sadly the previous owner didn't have the keys to open the Louvre. I called up and spoke to a Grant from Breezway who took my information and express posted out (at Breezway's expense!) new keys. Amazing...... THERES BUSINESSES THAT ACTUALLY CARE... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!.

We recently attended an online Breezeway CPD presentation with Warren thanks to Gavin for organising. It was very well presented, he kept it interesting and informative, giving all the info needed without it being dry and boring like some CPDs can be. Highly recommended!

Fantastic – Breezeway have amazing passion for their louvre technology, backed up by incredible technical knowledge of their product and windows in general. Customer Service at its best – True understanding of customer service and intuitive solutions. Grant Gough came to the rescue when I lost my Breezeway louvre window keys. Very impressed and thankful.

Wonderful Product – We used the louvers in an alfresco area. My staff were sceptical at first. Now they want to use them in their own homes. We also replaced existing louvers which were tired and past their used by date. Wow what a difference. Everyone loves them.

Highly recommend – Peter Velloff attended our office today and provided a training overview on the Breezeway products. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. We are looking forward to working with Peter and the Breezeway team and excited about becoming accredited installers.

CPD Training Session – Your CPD training session with Jason very informative and useful in providing me with more of an understanding of AS2047 and AS1288. The info on testing particularly interesting.

Parts for locked Louvre – Nothing too hard - I had locked my Louvre windows by mistake and then realized we did not have a key to open it The lovely customer service lady sent me a key and presto it works Thanks so much Really appreciate it

Very Helpful – I was recently asked by a client to repair a broken handle on their Breezway louvre window, I found the window was approximately 20 years old. Ben the After Sales Service Manager was extremely helpful in finding and supplying a new handle, he also emailed detailed instructions on how to disassemble the window mechanism a fit the new handle. Excellent service – I moved into a house that has Breezway louvres but did not come with any keys. Within days Grant had organised and posted me a set and I could open the windows. Brilliant!

Service Plus – One of our set of Breezway auto louvres jammed open , rang Breezway direct after waiting on Builder then window supplier (slow) Ben in Service gave great advice & showed me process to locate fault as well as supplying parts (it helped being a retired Sparky) went through the process at home , replacing PC board , test , ok , reassemble , All Good… Read more ·  1

. If I was unable to fix myself Ben offered to fast track a home service call as louvres were stuck open . Great product followed up with great service

Breezway presentation a breath of fresh air – Jason's ability to simplify the complex issues around window and glass design was very helpful especially the scientific appraisal of the energy rating and acoustic properties of glass.

Clear and efficient delivery of useful information – Jason provided a clear and well considered presentation in relation to ventilation. This included references to codes, some science and examples. We use breeze way in every project – For cross flow ventilation, louvres are a great way to get large amounts of air to circulate through a building. Warren & Kath from Breezeway are very helpful with our design questions and make us want to use louvres on every project of ours. Show reply
