I agree with every 1-star review here—this place is incredibly dodgy. They operate in the interest of the brand, not the customer. In my case, it was an Electrolux washer dryer. It wasn’t until I escalated the issue to Harvey Norman’s customer service and threatened to go to VCAT that a replacement offer *magically* appeared within 24 hours. This was after they'd already patched up the faulty washer dryer earlier in 2024, only for it to break down again just a few months later—and they tried the same stunt all over again.

I genuinely hope this shady operation goes bankrupt.

False Advertising – Upsold product warranty on a product which now costs more than purchase price. Would not replace and would only credit so now out of pocket $100s for a new product.

Insurance that you can’t claim! – I lost my phone on new year night in parking while getting on bike. I have submitted all the documents, every single one of them and they declined saying it was left unsupervised. Claim number ADP21001150 I read all the reviews before me, noone is happy. Dont waste your money on them!

Very very bad service – My phone had been lost and i submitted all the required Documents. It’s been more than a month still haven’t get any reply from the company and they are not give proper contact detail so we can track our claim. Totally waste of money.

Totally fraud company – I purchased brightside cover and my phone had been lost. I submitted claim and provided all document and still arguing without any reason. Don’t purchase it. Its Wastage of money

Very bad customer service – I have called them 3 times for same problem in my phone S10+ but nobody is listening. verytime they left the conversation saying somebody is going to call me back. third report and new claim form the cost of insurance is $143 per year plus excess is $75 new screen lcd are $250 hardly worth the cost of the insurance I have read online that this is what this company does gives you the run around the denies claim.
