GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GIVEN THE LOW DOLLAR VALUE OF THE SALE – I emailed Brisbane Steel Supplies inquiring about purchasing an Aluminium Flat Bar, measuring 3mm x 50mm x 2M. My email was promptly responded to by Chris Mant, who provided me with the price and availability. Chris also said that the factory sales assistants would have it cut to the required size on my arrival at factory. At the factory, I was promptly served and the overall service was great. Given the low dollar value of the item that I was purchasing, I was most surprised by the timely response by Chris including the details contained in his email. This type of Great Customer Service cannot go unrecognized, and Chris certainly demonstrated this even though the dollar value of the sale was very low. I certainly have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his team for their great Customer Service, products and low pricing.
