I've had this printer for 4 years and its the best printer I've ever had – Great small footprint - doesn't take up much space on my desk. Great ink economy. Super handy feed tray. Double-Sided printing. Quiet and fast. It is - hands down - the best home office printer I've ever used - and I've been a home-based worker for over 15 years.
Purchased in at Officeworks Physical store.
time to move one – Had printer now for 2 years and had a few issues with connectivity frustrating but we delt with it. latest issue is the fact its sucking ink when we hard print so last week i purchased brand new cartiges from Officeworks only to find thet are in fact only 3/4s fall. which may explain why the printer is going through ink faster than is should.
Purchased in at Harvey Norman.
Reliable little printer – Mine is now three years old, has only used re-filled ink cartridges in its life and still prints well. Very handy top feeder slot for scanning multiple pages and has the ability to print on A3 which has been quite useful. paper tray holds heaps of paper saving having to re-fill it over and over. Overall happy with the purchase. Of all printer brands brother I have found to be the most reliable for long term use of re-filled ink cartridges. Other brands seem to quickly deteriorate which frustrates me with how wasteful it is.

Brother MFC J5320DW in small office – Our insurance business has 5 work stations with a Brother MFC J5320DW at each . Good print quality & very economical with good sized cartridges- XL. These machines are being used for more printing than manufacturer advised originally hence when first failure occurred at 14 months simply replaced with another. Cost approx. $300 AU Machines a little fussy as to types of paper used -have found Reflex brand most trouble free having tried a variety .???/
Paper jams increase as usage mounts.

Great yield from XL cartridge – Very generous amount of ink from XL cartridge. Nice additional feature of A3-size print (but not the scan bed). Passed my sincere functional test by using the scanner with ink removed (my previous HP don't let me scan). A small let down from its overly complicated on many components such as paper-partition slider in the tray and cartridge seal.
