Small Office or Home printer, scanner and copier. Easy to install and set up. No problems getting it to work with Windows or Apple iOS. It is quick to print and the scan function works great. It holds half a ream of paper, which is plenty The iOS applications are easy to use and work well - particularly for scanning.

This printer has been a disappointment from the start. Just recently, it now won't playing nicely (sometimes at all) with the latest Mac OS despite, downloading the latest drivers. and hours and hours of trouble-shooting. You have to unplug it everytime you want it to print, and then when that decides to not work at all, use a USB cord. Research has shown this printer is notrious for drop-outs, and not keeping drivers up to date with OS updates. Pay for wireless and have to use a cord - great - not! If you are a Mac user, don't buy this MFC - and if you do, don't say I didn't warn you.

Small office, home use, scan, copy, fax, and photocopy. It has an easy setup and configuration for your office system, allowing it to handle any job without hesitation. If you need to copy documents for filing instead of a paper copy, you can scan and record your documents to file on your computer system. Saves paper, money and time. If you need a copy, it can be copied and sent in minutes. No messy ink cartridges to swap out, toner is quite easy to change out and is quite economical. If you do not need colour printing, this is the correct machine for you. My previous inkjet multi-function was always clogging and would not work when needed, would not scan unless it had a full set of working cartridges, which was costing me time and lots of money waiting for supplies. This machine, when set up on a computer and iPrint connected to a mobile and tablet, will have all documents printed before you get home. I am now an inkjet-free office, quicker processing documents and have no more inkjet problems ever. Do it for your staff and yourself, stop the insane ink-jet agro and time wasting.
Follow-up · Still running like new, on 3rd XL Toner never had a paper jam, have used many different brands of A4 still works, did a test print, if it gets streaky just take out toner and give a good shake up and you are good to go again. Best printer I have ever owned. (Best part, no messy expensive ink cartridges.)
