Cheap purchase price in comparison to other machines of same class and cheaper toners with no toner – We had the same problem as the other review with paper wrinkling/embossing but it was our fault for buying toners off FLEbay which damaged our fuser roller. Brother didn't help because it was our fault and wanted a fortune to fix it so we were lucky we found this guy [weblink removed] who fixed our machine for free after we purchased his toners (which were more expensive than ebay but waay cheaper than officeworks) and haven't had a problem since. He even setup our wireless scanning and printing even to our phones and its awesome.

creased and wrinkled prints - Brother Printer MFC-L9550CDW – I have only had the Printer less than a year. It was ok at first. Only changed the black toner once (with genuine). Over time the prints are creased and wrinkled and had gotten worse with time. Brother support team will not help without proof of purchase.
