Bunbury Taxis

 Follow-up 5mo · Sue, from Bunbury Taxis, has added insult to injury. After having few problems in taxis arriving on time when I call for one, or with communication with drivers, calling their telephone number, I decided to try using the app that they keep pushing. Not only did it take a very long time for a taxi to arrive, I tried to find out where the taxi was, then tried to cancel the taxi as I decided to use Uber. I couldn't get through to Bunbury Taxis but a vehicle finally arrived. I got into the car and we'd just started to move when the Uber app advised me that my driver had arrived. I had to cancel the Uber and pay $10.00 for doing so. I wrote to Bunbury Taxis and Sue wrote back to me, claiming that I couldn't see their automated system and didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about (to paraphrase). I may not have access to her system but I have phone records and a receipt from Uber, both of which I took screenshots and sent them to her. I proved that the time she claimed I waited for a taxi was way longer than she stated, and showed her the payment for cancelling the Uber. Then she told me that I'd given the automated system my home address incorrectly, to be picked up from, on another occasion, and I proved her wrong again. I told her that she at least owed me an apology for lying to me... I'm still waiting... not going to hold my breath or use Bunbury Taxis again!
