Caltex Woolworths

Big W Geelong Store, Westfield Geelong 3220 VIC Boys club with a culture of se**al harassment and that terminates employees for calling it out. Steer clear of the Woolworths Group. Report the behavior as a whistleblower, make a police report. DO yourself a favor and maybe don't work here
Why is your petrol price so high in Hastings? – Caltex Woolworths, Please tell me why your petrol in Hastings, Victoria is between 15 and 30cpl more than other petrol stations around Melbourne?
I did t like the person – I went to go get a pack of lollies with my mums card and my gum was in my pocket and she said do I got any other crap in there then said to just hurry up and pay and then didn’t speak to me

Service with a smile......particularly the ladies – Purchase of Petrol on a weekly basic . Brush available to clean windscreen and paper to wipe dribbles. Woolworths loyalty card accepted
Pam McCulloch best Manager at Caltex – Pam McCulloch at Clarkson WA is an outstanding Manager . Not only do they have the friendliest staff but Pam also addresses any request efficiently and with a smile . Caltex , make sure you look after this outstanding team , they are awesome .
best petrol station – Just good service with quality people. Price is cheaper than the non Woolworth caltex. Bigger selection of groceries on the way home. Great Coffee! and honest people at the station.

I'd give it a miss... Rife with false advertising and price gouging – We are very disappointed and frustrated with our recent experience at Caltex Woolworths Nailsworth, SA on rainy 25/9/22. We waited in line behind another customer for approx. 5 minutes, but after he filled his car and paid, he then cleaned all of his car’s windows, preventing us from accessing the pump. There were no other pumps available to use,… Read more
so we continued to wait in line for a further 5 minutes. Once this pump was available, the duty manager informed us that while we we had been waiting, the petrol price had changed from 149.9 to 189.9 for 91ULP. Why were we required to pay this higher price when we were denied a pump, through no fault of our own? We were loyal customers, though we are questioning whether we will return.
After this, we decided to drive to Caltex Woolworths Felixstow, SA to secure the original petrol price, as advertised on the EG Club app. We were frustrated to see that the petrol price has changed here too, yet these details were not reflected on your app over the 15 minutes it took to drive there. At worst, this is false advertising, and at best, extremely misleading for customers.
Worst customer service ever – Lady who served me was very rude and told me she wanted me to get out of her store and fast when I asked why she said cause you don’t have a mask! I told her I’m mask exempt and there was no need for her rudeness as she hadn’t asked me to show my exemption when I walk it as I would of happily supplied it, she asked me to show it to her then I said… Read more
no she also didn’t want to give me my ten dollars off told me I didn’t know who she was and I also said the same, well you don’t know who I am I said amd she proceeded to look me up and down and say yes I do. I told her just because someone isn’t dressed the way she likes gives her no right to judge a few other words were said. Rudest lady I’ve ever met she told me not to come back and she was told see you next time!! Woolworths Warilla Caltex what a disgrace
Not all Caltex Stations accept card – I purchased a Caltex gift card to the value of $500 from QANTAS. It turns out that pretty much any of the Caltex/Ampol stations that I go to will not accept the card. I have found this out after buying fuel. Some of the cashiers do not know whether the card will be accepted - this I found out when I tried to pay using the card (eg the Ampol at… Read more
Broadbeach and the one at Labrador).
I regret buying the card and would strongly suggest to others not to get one.

compiling, what a bad attitude, i have left my ph behind before and never had a problem but gestapo chick here thinks she a police officer, if petrol station want to be an [Word Removed] then make sure people Q in before they get fuel
App makes me wish l was dead – Cannot log in. Trying to go contactless to avoid the rona but might as well stick my face in a bucket of it for all the help this app gives
Want to give a bad review – You make it nearly impossible to give a bad review directly to the local operator. Is that how you keep the negative reviews down? Unhelpful sanctimonious staff. I am so angry I have already told 10 people and that just today. Wait until I get started.

Meadowbrook Woolworths Caltex reward card refusal – 27/05 filled up and the Crew refused to apply my 4 cent/ liter discount as per they claimed they not accept the Rewards Card mobile grab because it can be anybody's Never accounted this before
Abused by staff – Visited Caltex Woolworths Station in Deeragun QLD. Got abused by a attendant named “Mel”. Was extremely rude, hit the side of our car, even went to the extent of calling me and my partner a “f*cking idiot” and said her manager would agree. Have used this station regularly in the past with nothing but positive experiences but with the way this attendant has behaved I won’t be returning until she is no longer there.
Went to qbn Caltex had a super rude attendant Couldn't read English other customers instore agreed needs to be sacked – Needs more helpful attendants and understand English fluently and understanding company policies while also having a back up system in place when there apps'don't work instore.
Caltex App not working again!! – The last 3 times I've bought petrol the Caltex App has failed!!! I have spoken to staff and they didn't realise there was a Caltex App!!!!???
Never has pies ready – When does a servo never have pies for tradies to fill up before a hard days Yakka, never... Bridge inn Caltex continually and reliability lets me down 2 out of 3 times I waste 10 extra mins of my journey to work just to see if they have what everywhere else does at all times
The worst coffee I have EVER – Stopped at the Caltex at Wantirna for a coffee due to an early morning start. it was the worst coffee I have ever had undrinkable.
$1.53.9 per litre E10? Save 54 cents per litre at the independents – Woolworths fuel and Coles Express are matching each other on prices, Anzac Parade and Gardeners rd at $1.53.9 per litre for E10. Meanwhile independents nearby are at between 99.9 and 107.9 per litre. How is it possible that Woolworths and Coles fuel outlets still have a business? For me, I save almost $50 a tank by NOT using Coles or Woolworths fuels. I fueled up and paid the 99.9 cents per litre.
Waiting 5 minutes for the pump to switch on – Bass hill After 5 minutes of waiting for the pump to switch on, I finally decided to drive off without filling my tank.
Caltex app is a joke, waste of time and money – I tried to use Caltex app to get fuel at Caltex Calwell and the app did not work. It would say - something went wrong. I talked to staff and they are not familiar with the app. I will never use caltex ever again.

Toronto Caltex way too dear – I have just returned from a road trip out west to Bathurst, Orange, Forbes, Parks, Griffith, Young and Cowra and didn’t see diesel prices above 122.9/l. In fact most servos were 121.9/l. Toronto Caltex is 128.9/l Why is this servo continually more expensive than others? I need to fill up with diesel again tomorrow but will not be going to Caltex Toronto
Very frustrated – Topped up at calamvale on 17 Th November at under $1 a litre with rewards card e10 fuel gauge showed I needed short of 1/2 tank . My tank is 70 litre and my bank statement showed I was charged $77. 12 . Doesn’t add up to me but I didn’t get a receipt but will from now on and also change garage . At that price which was really great my car could… Read more
not take $77.12 worth of fuel. I have tried to contact garage but find all Caltex near there even don’t have a phone no that works . Very frustrating. Sorry I filled up but it was pension day and petrol was cheap so I thought top it up.
Worst Customer Service Ever – Filled up at Woolies Caltex South Tweed 10.30am 17th October. I went in to pay with a card as we were in hurry. Waved card over machine, nothing happened, swiped card then female (black hair, black glasses) attendant (pos 201) took my card & inserted it. It asked for the pin. I put in what I thought it was (it was my son's card - he was at the… Read more
bowser). I went back to get him to sort it out but by now 6 people in front of us & attendant was debating something with customer at counter (about $3). He was there over 3 minutes. Finally we got to third in queue (by now about 6 people behind us). She started yelling out the that only 4 people in shop. served another customer. Then yelled again Only 4 people. Leave. A coupled retorted " well you need to speed it up". Got to counter & my son said he never needed a pin as it was only $80+ she said I had inserted it so that's why. I advised she had inserted it, I had tried to tap or swipe it. Insisted it was my fault. I am 76 years of age! What's her excuse? We left disgusted and 25 minutes after I entered the shop. The queue was now 2 metres long OUTSIDE THE SHOP. What a contrast to the lovely staff at Olsen Avenue, Parkwood whom I have reviewed positively before. Don't hire staff that don't want to be there. Tweed South will close soon as does almost every other business in Tweed. Young ones will yell back at rude staff, old ones just don't go there again. Tweed is full of old folk. I guess you'll blame COVID when this outlet closes!
Shocking customer service – Went into your chermside west station today which has always been great the lady behind the counter was rude and didnt acknowledge any of the customers before me , I stood at the bowser for at least 5 min waiting for it to click over to start it didn’t I went in to ask if there was a problem she said no and that maybe I was the problem so rude and… Read more
she was he same to other customers before me maybe don’t employ people that don’t want to be there disgusting service you could see it on all the customers faces not just me won’t give you my money any time soon .......
Woolies servo milk – Milk at woolworth servos always crap .Why.We always get our milk from supermarket.Mostly good. Will never buy from servo again. Is the milk sourced from different locations .Not good enough.Explanation would be most welcome.
Misleading rip off – signage saying rewards card welcome now. It is not until you have filled your car that the station lets you know there is no 4 cent discount. What do you do, put the p[etrol back?
Bad fuel – Had contaminated fuel in diesel. Mechanic said bit's of metal found and said it was from bad fuel. Car also has been chewing through the fuel more quickly then other fueling stations.
I will never use Woolworths again – My sons purchase was refused as he had cash. How is a 12 yo suppose to pay by credit card? Cash sales are no longer accepted by Woolworths. This is compete lunacy
Hallelujah for discount pricing – Fueled up on Tuesday and for the first time in years I watched the litres click over faster than the dollars what a site to behold. I will be refuelling every Tuesday now whether I need it or not.
Toilet conditon – Toilets are the dirtiest of all fuel stops on the Hume. Today no soap in any of the bathrooms in the middle of a pandemic and toilets filthy. As Star Card holders we use Caltex regularly.
Bad company – Sacked a hard working person at Batemans bay. Am running a campaign now we are boycotting this company. If they think it doesn't matter ask Gillette. Ask Cadbury and nestle m believe me these reviews destroy.
