so was turned away by staff and recommended to another practice.

They have switched to mostly "bookings" only, but even with bookings, you are waiting over an hour AFTER your scheduled appointment (No sign of emergencies passing through that would take priority).

Staff themselves are friendly, but the overall practice has gone so far backwards that I am now forced to look for another practice for myself and family.

They are not improving – The management and receptionist have not improved on there bad service and duty of care towards patients. When a Doctor fails to arrive on the day there is no plan B you arrive for your appointment and it's just bad luck as far as the staff come back another day . No work around the problem or concern over the patient condition and needs . For this day and age as we say this is a very poor service to the people of Campbelltown .

Long wait time to see a GP – I came in to see a GP me and my boyfriend was told that there is a wait time of half an hour and I went up to find out how people is be for me she would not answer my question and just told us to site on the right side when I have not see any doctors on this side.

follows up any medical issues and will refer you onto a specialist if required. We will continue to see Dr Akhter as our GP.

Do not see Dr Sharmin Akhtar – I saw Dr Sharmin Akhtar today and experienced the most rude, belligerent, unprofessional Doctor I have ever seen. Previously I went for X Rays SHE signed off on that showed my back has issues. I needed a form filled out for Housing. The hissy fit she threw was shocking and the excuses she used was incredible. every time I have an appointment. She refused to fill out the form and said I wasted her time. Unbelievable.

Great difficulty to contact by phone.Rudest staff at front reception – They never answer the phone. Avoid this medical centre completely. Also the receptionists at the main desk are the rudest I've ever encountered. The wait time was over an hour past my appointment time. Doctor in skin clinic was very good and his staff were polite.

Watching a movie – I was watching a movie on my phone because waiting time at this centre is always hours in waiting time, then this admin guy came over and asked me to stop using my phone it was to loud and pointed at the no mobile phone sign, when I looked around most people were on their phones, he said sorry and laughed I said yeah right as he walked off. old man agreed with the admin guy and said something to me while proceeding to use his phone. Double standards I would stay away plus the waiting time is hours long

The most horrible reception and staff! – Reception and staff are horribly rude and arrogant. Arguing I have no appointments when their check-in machine already confirmed and by text messages. Disappointed – I booked for vaccination waited for two weeks for the appointment but was turned away because I have no medicare as I am a temporary resident. Given the current pandemic in NSW I was disappointed and and felt subhuman. They could have denied giving me the appointment but they approved it only for them to turn me away on the day of the appointment. To add salt to injury they sent me an email later thanking me for having the vaccination.

Good service – All services under one roof GP, pathology, radiology, pathology skin cancer clinic can make appointments to see a doctor or walk in open 7 days and long hours bulk bill visits

Horrible mental health practitioner – I made an appointment with Angela parisher to discuss a mental health plan and she was more interested in my financial state than my mental health and she went on to talk about how her sons make 1million a year and that I have nothing to be anxious about. anyone supposed to get help when these so called “doctors” just run you down and tell you there is nothing wrong with you?? I wouldn’t recommend her at all worst mental health practitioner I have ever been to.

Lovely evening staff – I have been going to this centre for years, mostly after work when needed. The staff at night are great, not often waiting too long to see a doctor either. Sometimes there is a longer wait time but it all varies like most places. The wait room is a little outdated but it's a heritage building so makes sense. Pharmacy on site is handy as well, don't have to go anywhere else after seeing the doctor.

I called to make an appointment and was told by the receptionist that I could no longer be a patient there as I had previously made 5 appointments and never showed up nor called to cancel. but he refused to speak with me. When you make an appointment with this doctor they always send a text confirmation a couple of days before your appointment. I never received any text messages regarding these fictitious 5 appointments. I asked what mobile number they had on my file, it wasn't even mine. I tried to explain this, but to no avail. This was obviously an office error but they still refused to see me. Extremely disappointed in the doctor and office staff. Would not recommend to anyone. Appalling service to loyal clients.
