The doctors are not that good will only give me 60 grams of Canibus flower a month and nothing else even though I've been smoking since I was 11 years old and they know my medical history and all that I only got medical stuff so the police can't arrest and charge me with a dangerous drug any more there staff didn't want to even give me the details for a complaint do your jobs right the first time

manage a lot of things on my own, and they’ve supported me without judgment, without delay, and without ever making me feel like a burden.
Good, supportive organisations are rare, and this one truly stands out. I’m genuinely grateful for everything they’ve done and continue to do.
Started of well with the nurse and then the doctor but now I have a different doctor going to call me for my second appointment and my product seems different to the first two jars I got went from helping me to cr#p I am thinking about changing but don't know if I can.
Cann I Help was excellent. Now MiCann takes my money and tells me I need to sign up to their new webpage. The webpage was down and I have no idea what's happening. I only know that they take your money and don't send the product until you sign up to their new company which is impossible because the webpage doesn't have that option. Cann I Help was excellent. MiCann is so far a rip off in they take your cash and don't deliver the product.
Constantly cancell appointments don't inform.you to well after. a differant excuse every time. Can't be relied upon. Questionable at best what is realy going on.

questioning period. Given I am an established, long-term patient, my request for a cartridge was purely for convenience, and the line of questioning seemed designed to frustrate me. The doctor's approach was arrogant and demonstrated a profound lack of compassion or basic professional courtesy. They demanded a justification for my cannabis use, which I found ridiculous since my entire patient history with them and treatment rationale were immediately available to them. To make matters worse, the doctor chose to unilaterally reduce my standing prescriptions, citing a personal "fear of the TGA" and I was not purchasing from his chemist as the reason. This decision feels arbitrary and has severely disrupted my continuity of care, as it was based on the doctor's anxiety rather than a clinical need. I have had numerous successful telehealth appointments before, and I have never experienced anything like this. I ended the call feeling completely distressed and professionally disrespected.

unsuitable times at last minute.The flower products are often dirty and make you sick or taste bad.There is no consideration for hygene practices when dispensing the flower products.Far too many doctor appointments for a very low dosage that i require for my medical condition.It would be the equivilent of two panadol for example.Then they act like your a hardcore drug addict start requesting illicit drug tests and cut you off.Despicable honestly.They want to run your life for you,massive overkill.Basically a government Nanny program.Sorry,Im not allowed to screenshot anything in Micann app.
Amazing so far I look forward to being apart of this clinical trial and this will meant I can hopefully stoping taking NSAIDS and go the more natural way. Very please with how the doctors and nurses listen and treat appropriately
I have only just begun the journey but I have found the staff friendly and helpful. They are non judgemental and take each case as an individual case not a group thought or stereotype

Just got my parcel, delivery was fast, I will admit at first I didn't know what to expect but am very pleased with it, I got the exact amount I was told I would get, and the consultation was very smooth, the doctor was very kind and understanding.

get script dispensed from them and nothing said if I had my script sent to my local chemist. She said just ask the doctor and we will send the script to chemist. Then spoke to the nurse, [Name Removed], even though very caring but no knowledge of compounding scripts if it can be issued or not so consultation went forward. Spoke to [Name Removed] and asked that Iam specifically interest in getting compounding scripts and he said that it shouldn’t be a problem. As you all can read that I had made my request very clear in getting this script on many occasions. I wasn’t given what I requested for so called back. [Name Removed] at reception answered and she just educated herself that they didn’t do compounding scripts. I wouldn’t have wasted their time or mine. I requested to speak with the manager and she wouldn’t let me. By this time I had waited 6 days already. My request to everyone is to ignore this business completely. If you have given great reviews, a day will come when you too will be frustrated with their services. Would like to give them ZERO STARS. Product review is another platform to post your concerns.

appointment! I'd attempted to see them once and never got any medication from them. However their information about my needing a new script was correct. [Content Removed] is going on? The nurse interview was good, admin are just evil and doctor rang me late and hung up before I could switch from admin phone call about my account to her.
3days for express post $16.50 and 40min away! Disgusting service! – Payed a premium fee of $16.50 for express post with in the same city and takes 3days to deliver!! Up and down company who insist on Medcan – The first 6 months were costly with a consultation every month as I had changed scripts. the doctors and staff here. Any other company and the choices are scarce with this lot. Talking with the dispensary is usually very noisy, orders get mixed up and sometimes lost for weeks. They send parcels express delivery but surface mail will beat it every time. They pretend to be something special but they are Medcan cronies who do half a job. There is no such thing as after care here. If you complain they will threaten to remove you.

clients 15% off all Medcan products. The dispensary & staff are nice but do have surcharges for every script filled and postage. The clinic staff do make errors that can cause anxiety but so do all the rest of medicinal companies. I did not need any proof of injury to get scripts and found the doctors have a great knowledge of what ails you and what meds you will need. The problems with this lot are the same with any other company. When they make an error it can mean the difference in getting meds tomorrow or 2 weeks later. They do have the best doctors though. If I was new to medicinal I would go with these people but once you get to know how everything works there are cheaper clinics with cheaper items where they may fill out your wish list. If you have genuine chronic health problems I do reiterate these doctors are very good. If you are sneaking under the radar for some cheap legal weed, look elsewhere as they only prescribe suitable quality medicinal that may not tick your boxes. If you have a financial problem or health card they will help you. They can issue E scripts to you personally or send them to a nominated chemist of postage is not your thing and prefer to order from your chemist. We have had our disagreements with this lot but all in all they are good.
Dispensary – My first prescription that came I had to sign for. The one I received today was put in my letter box and hanging out. The package doesn’t have anywhere saying that it needs a signature. I am very disappointed and just lucky it wasn’t stolen

He’s still carrying out, his CRIMES; with a total, lack of concern, nor any feelings of remorse, or wrongdoing, whatsoever, as it’s an “ addictive behaviour”, carried out without any regard for the negative consequences or pain (literally) he’s caused .
