Extremely disappointed with this printer. The software is terrible, and the scanning function constantly disappears or stops working. I replaced a reliable Brother MFC with this device and have regretted it ever since. Instead of getting work done, I spend my time repeatedly downloading and reinstalling drivers just to get basic functions working. Overall, it has been frustrating, unreliable, and a poor purchase.
