Contrary to other reviews - excellent printer – I have no idea why others rate this so low as a printer. We have been running it almost 6 years now and it has been faultless. We are also using generic ink without issue. The two paper trays and duplex printing has been great. Photo prints above average. Fast and responsive (we changed settings so it doesn't sleep). We also turned off FW update… Read more

as not necessary and just Canions way of stopping generic ink being used.

Never had a paper jam, scanner faultless, not one error code. Works on Windows 11 22H2 as well. Prints direct from our iPhones and android devices.

Such a shame this is no longer on the market as we would happily buy another.

Worst Junk Printer ever! – Printer takes anything from 5-7 minutes on average just to start up and get ready to use and then often throws up error codes which you can't get rid of other than paying a technician to look at it that cost more than the  Show details

Worst printer ever owned – Can take minutes to spool and print simple 3 page letter documents, forget images. It does not stay on so you have to wake it up manually to print. Error messages galore. Print quality 5/10. Replacing cartridges problematic and you cannot replace a cartridge until completely empty. Just not worth the money or effort. Show details

A $200 paperweight – Nothing but error messages, cannot connect, one problem after the other. I could have paid someone $200 to punch me in the face and I would have had a better experience. Save your money.

Canon mb2760 junk – Purchased this printer to replace my canon pixma given supposive superior performance. Nothing could be far from truth. I've had more problems with this printer than times I could actually print. Given frustration I purchased a cheap canon pixma mg3660 for a fraction of cost and it works 100x better. Canon you need to give my money back and take your boat anchor back! Show details

Canon Maxify MB2760 printer – Purchased this printer under a cash back offer. Purchased as a scanner and a back-up printer for a Brother laser. Like: attractive initial price point, well-featured for price (has automatic feeder tray), very good printing quality and fast printing. Could improve: installation and features instructions provided with unit are limited. (Maybe… Read more

assumes have previous Multifunction Device experience). Had to resort to trial by error and googling (with limited success on this model, which appears to be new). Will probably need to contact Canon- unsure whether it has auto duplexing. Cost of refills appear dear.

Updated in October 2017: ink required replacing after only 3 months of usage @ 1 X/week. Colours are not vibrant. Constantly asks for software update, which is annoying. Wouldn't repurchase.
