Another Terrible product from Canon – This is our second Canon printer, the first one we had nothing but faults and issues with and had no support from Canon or supplier. So we threw it in the bin and brought a new different model. We have had similar issues with this one with always faulting up and wont let us scan, wont let us print because the printer keeps having these "error"… Read more
occur. In our experience I am and would never recommend Canon products for printers and scanners as they are poor quality as well as no support at all.
Best printer we have owned by far – After being disgusted with the cost of printer cartridges and performance of other printers that we had suffered I thought I would give this brand a go. Wow what a difference, had this one a couple of years, cartridges last a long time and printer has been faultless. Will always buy Canon now, but hopefully won’t need to for a while still. Faultless performance – The MB5360 has been 100% reliable. It is a few years old now but i can't fault the performance in any way. The WLAN connection, the Canon App (android and iOS) is , as usual with Canon - unbeatable. Never jams, std quality is about 2 seconds per page and looks great. tanks last about 6 months, individual changeable. N.B. I study 3 Units @ university, plus we run a home with some heavy print needs. The two bins have great capacity, you can load different paper in the top and bottom. I can get great prints from every device in the house.
The scanner /document feeder is faultless and scans duplex /both sides, plus you can put items on the platten /glass as well.
I can recall 2 paper jams in 4 years. These are brilliantly reliable printer /scanners.
Not 100% sure of the date of purchase...
