Absolutely and without a doubt, the worst printer I've owned. Just utter trash.
Purchased in at Officeworks Physical store.
3 months after using, (before that, it worked perfectly, printed beautitully, and did the job of printing as I needed), it started having paper jams, and every time too. Took out jams. Then its all distorted printing, Youtube says things can be done to stop the stuttering of the printouts, but its too troublesome to take out the cartridges, and then the rubber bit inside, wipe it with deionized water, and insert the rubber running bit inside. Had changed cartridges, thinking it was just running low on ink, but the results were the same. Would I buy it again, or a Canon printer that could jam again, no. Would I buy a more expensive printer, that guarantees not to jam, most likely so. Bought from Officeworks Aus. Too troublesome to put in a report and then get them to repair. Still prints, but the printout is stuttered, not good for printing boarding passes or printouts for presentations, ok for home printing, but no for assignments. Unless you have a good friend who can repair Canon printers, would not recommend.
Purchased in for $129.
The worst printer ive ever owned. App is awful but the worst aspect is its inability to connect to wifi. Spent and hour on the phone to canon and got nowhere. Ive given up and gone to a print shop. Complete waste of time and money

Poor quality printing – I bought this printer about 2 weeks ago. It is by far the worst printer I have owned in approximately 40 years of using computers and printers. The colour prints lack density and appear faded and lack clarity. There does not appear to be a feature to adjust the darkness or lightness of your prints. I would think twice about buying this printer if colour printing is important to you.
