Worst [Content Removed] invented. More secure than a bank vault with instructions less clear then a asian lady on holiday. Joke of a product wasted my time trying to set it up I ended up taking it back but I really wanted to smash the [Content Removed] out of it. Avoid this brand they are [Content Removed].

Money and time down the drain – Bought this printer 2 months ago. Apart from the regular paper jam notifications (whether there was one or not) and having to go through setup to connect it every time I turned it on, it worked ok. Then I needed to replace the cartridges. I bought non Canon brand compatible replacements, and the printer would not recognise them. I spent hours going through every tip and piece of advice on the internet regarding this seemingly common problem to no avail. I then got Canon brand cartridges and it wouldn't recognise those either, but eventually I was able to fix that (only for the problem to reoccur every time it is switched on - a huge hassle). But now it won't print properly - apparently the print heads are misaligned and the ink jets blocked!!! Trying to fix both via instructions in the manual has proved useless - neither auto or manual print head alignment has been successful and after many nozzle cleans, which use a lot of ink, nothing has changed. All this from simply changing the cartridges! I'm a student, I can't afford this financially or time-wise especially in the last two weeks of semester. Because I got a return on the cartridges that didn't work I now can't return the printer. I thought Epson were bad! Canon are worse. We were putting people on the moon over 50 years ago; why is it so hard to make a printer that works?????

Purchased in at Officeworks Physical store for $129.
