Absolute garbage – Broke on the second use. Paper jammed, rollers squeaked, panels hinges were loose, general build quality is appalling, total waste of money. Show details

Scanning issues constantly – Has been a great photocopier and printer. But need to press the on button before sending a document wirelessly to it; which is frustrating. And sometimes want to hit it with a hammer because it will scan once, then won't scan another page. Constantly. Would not purchase again. Will be thoroughly researching my next purchase. plus the helpline was no help at all. Waste of time.

Not impressed – While this printer worked well enough on standard A4 printing from the cassette, within an hour of setting it up it will not print from the rear tray: this is the only reason I bought this model, to allow A3 printing. I agree with other posters the build quality is not impressive, and I immediately bought a pack of black ink cartridges as I do not need initially to print in colour. Show details

Extremely flimsy construction, supplied only with "setup" inks – $299 for a printer, and it doesn't even come with ink. I previously had the multifunction MX870 which was a beast for years, but drank ink like an inkoholic, but it stopped printing despite a set of full new inks and a print head clean. Then it would refuse to work as a scanner. I gave canon the benefit of the doubt and bought this EXPENSIVE… Read more

unit, mainly payed the extra for A3 support, but we really hardly ever print much. Right from getting it out of the box I'm disappointed in the flimsy material it's made of, and it doesn't even come with a set of inks, just low volume ones labeled "setup".

So $300 printer, immediately need to spend $120 for their smallest set of ink tanks and maybe up to $170 for what they call XXL inks... or "full" if you like factual terms. Realising now I should probably have bought the refillable ink tank model and just paid that upfront.

Printer ink skipping on the page within two months of purchase – After returning the TS6260 model in July after only purchasing it back in March due to the same issue with printing, I upgraded to the TS9560 model. Now only two months in the printer is skipping sections again. I'm absolutely appalled that these new printers are having problems so early on. I've performed the deep cleaning function which has… Read more

assisted but the problem is still there. Last time Canon asked me to reinstall drivers which I did, however the problem persisted. I'm assuming after contacting them today they will also recommended the same action. Sadly I think it's time to say goodbye to the brand Canon.
