Prints well but often getting message “ paper in ADF” when in fact this is not the case. Show details
Getting this printer up and running requires a PHD in rocket science. It behaves as if you're asking it to land on the moon and take samples. The speed at which it prints is akin to a watching a snail climbing up a hill with a heavy load of shopping. The ink was sucked up into a vortex and magically disappeared like keys in a couch. checked firmware updates still not reliable. Only used for black and white document printing, it’s a cheap printer but should still be reliable. Had Canon printers before, this is the last, it's in the bin.
Follow-up · I didn’t try a wired connection because that’s not what I bought it for. I want to print wireless from a MAC laptop and iphones. The printer is about a metre from a wifi enabled Telstra NBN router. When the printer does work it’s very slow printing also 2 print cartridges are the same price as the printer.
Follow-up · The only way to print reliably is via a USB cable, spoke to a salesmen at Officeworks and says they’ve had customers with the same problem.
Great printer for the price.Prints documents fast, hooks up to Phone hotspot itself, and colurs are great for documents. if you want a photo printer, get real, this is only a low end printer. Excellent printer for the price. Show details
Don't buy – Absolute rubbish, would not recommend you buy this printer. Wouldn't connect or stay connected
Easy set up print quality good budget price – Great home printer for a budget price. Easy setup. Suitable for use by students and home office.
poor photo printing – Despite this printer being recommended by Choice Australia this printer doesn't print photos on A4 plain paper very well, the image edges are blurred and the colour is flat which is disappointing as I print images from instagram and travel photos for my art work
