screwed up the batch create app. I have been on support for two days was told to send the csv file I did, and the very next email, I'm asked to send them a video. It is an image with a word linked to the batch uploader; it is the simplest thing you can do. They DIDN'T EVEN TRY to replicate the issue on their end, but they treat me like a fool and have to send them a video to prove I'm not a fool before they will help me, for two days like this. I have been using the app for over a year. It worked 4 days ago, and now breaking the files into batches in folders, totally destroying my work process, and I am losing money.

The company is worth 65 BILLION, and they don't have a few extra dollars lying around to TEST THEIR SOFTWARE before rolling it out.

They have become a greedy company pushing out updates to try to be everything to everyone. They should have just stuck with what they were doing. There are rants all over Reddit and other socials about how Canva has just destroyed their work and how dysfunctional it is now.

Don't use this garbage if your business relies on graphics or videos (never used the video edit it has always been bad and now WORSE according to all the issues posted on Reddit.

Bye Bye Canva, I'm off to get a subscription with Adobe Express!!!!! I don't have 3 more days to waste with no resolution! PS: I'll be sending you my bill for lost work!

refund process really easy, I just typed "refund" into the online chatbox and up came my last few payments. I clicked on the last one and a refund was given almost instantly. I was worried about the Russian connection as per other reviews but according to the web: No, Canva is not based in Russia; it is an Australian company with its headquarters in Sydney, Australia. While it had continued to operate in Russia for some time after the invasion of Ukraine, Canva ultimately blocked access to its platform in the country in June 2022 due to pressure from activists.

TIP 1: Canva regularly offers free subscription for a month or a half price subscription for 3 months so it's sometimes worth waiting. TIP 2. If you forgot about autopay you can get a quick refund by typing "refund" in the online chat. TIP 3. When creating videos for socials, make the first "slide" a static image, even if it is only 1 second long, otherwise you'll get a blank background image in your feed (as this is how it looks before the animated elements come into view.)
